总体体验不好，改变了我对ibis 的认知
太多方面了
O hotel mais sujo e cheirando a mofo que já me hospedei, ou melhor pela segunda vez me hospedei em um hotel íbis, no primeiro já tinha sido o hotel mais sujo e cheirando a mofo que eu já havia me hospedado agora esse foi ainda pior. Eles enganam a gente pq o check in é feito na mesma recepção que hotel Mercori pq ambos são juntos. A recepção a linda super cheiroso e os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos, mas quando você entra no corredor ué vai para o íbis você já sente o cheiro de mofo. Pedi para trocar de quarto pq o cheiro era insuportável, os funcionários foram gentis e atenderam meu pedido. Mas o outros quarto tbm estava com um cheiro insuportável de mofo. Eu deveria ter pedido meu dinheiro de volta e ter trocado de hotel mas já estava tarde e tínhamos viajado 1.000 km então tomei anti alérgico dei para meus filhos e por sorte tínhamos trazido nossos travesseiros para não precisar usar o do hotel. Colocamos pijamas compridos para não precisar usar as cobertas pq as cobertas são daquelas antigas muito peludas que só de olhar a gente já começa espirar. Enfim foi essa nossa experiência estou relatando pq as únicas péssimas experiencias que tive com hotel foram exatamente com a rede Íbis
Sujo e cheirando a mofo
Limpeza.
Eu pedi um quarto silencioso porque tenho sono muito leve e me deram um com a janela voltada pra av. Jorge Zarur. O barulho dos carros e motos era insuportável e carros ficaram tirando racha a madrugada inteira (só pararam por volta das 03:00). E pra piorar a porta dos quartos batem pra fechar a trava e era possível ouvir a conversa alta dos outros hóspedes no corredor. Isso tudo por volta das 05:00. Consegui dormir só 2h na noite.
O hotel é muito bem localizado, os funcionários são atenciosos e cordiais.
Poderia haver toalhas de rosto no banheiro, só há toalha de banho.

La stanza puzzava di muffa,la finestra non apriva,faceva freddo e non c'era l'aria calda,dolcia nel tetto e era impossibile fare a doccia senza bagnarsi il capelli aspettavo molto di piu per un tre stelle.
