Ocorreu tudo bem desde a chegada ate saída obrigado satisfeito
o aparelho de ar condicionado estava sem a grelha direcional, só refrescava o quarto
Bom dia. O chuveiro estava entupido saindo pouca água e muito disperdicio, pois a agua quente demorava muito tempo pra chegar no chuveiro.
Da localização e do restaurante.
Solicitei a retirada de lixo no quarto em torno de 19h e me informaram que só seria possível no dia seguinte, pois só tem funcionários até as 18h.
Solicitei no dia seguinte a limpeza e nem os copos descartáveis usados foram retirados ou substituídos por novos, a cama bem mal arrumada. Bem diferente de outros hotéis. Faltou tbm serviço de quarto. Sem contar que o estacionamento é pago e a piscina se quiser usar seria a do Hotel Mercury também com custo extra. Resumindo fica prejudicado o custo-beneficio.
