Ótima localização, mas atenção a manutenção
Pros:

A localização com certeza é um dos grandes pontos deste hotel, pois fica de frente a praia, há poucos metros do Gonzaga, lugar com shopping, lojas e restaurantes. O Café da manhã também estava bem gostoso, com várias opções. O hotel disponibiliza água para vc encher garrafinhas, o que achei um diferencial.

Cons:

O hotel estava com alguma obra, que seguia na sexta as 20hs, quando falamos com a recepção, única resposta que não podem fazer nada que prefeitura autorizou até as 22hs, achei zero empáticos. Outro ponto é que precisa de alguma manutenção, espelho todo descascando.

Barulho de reforma até as 22 horas da noite.
Lamentável, reclamei e falaram que tinham autorização para fazer até esse horário.

Boa opção para estadias rápidas pela cidade.
Pros:

Localização próxima da praia e de pontos de interesse em Santos (Rua Ana Costa, Calçadão, etc.). Disponibilidade de água para os hóspedes no térreo. Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Nosso banheiro estava com alguns itens danificados (dispensers de shampoo e sabonete), e alguns itens ausentes (faltou uma toalha no quarto).
