Pros:

A equipe de funcionários é excelente, todos foram muito simpáticos e educados. O tamanho do quarto é adequado e a cama e travesseiros são excelentes.

Cons:

Faltou ter no quarto uma mesa para trabalho. Como faço teletrabalho, isso faria toda diferença e teria deixado minha estadia mais confortável.

Hotel limpo, cama confortável, roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas, toalhas boas e brancas, limpeza geral excelente, com um café da manhã completo e com tudo muito delicioso. Gostamos muito! Superou minhas expectativas e com certeza voltaremos outras vezes.

Bom custo benefício, se excluir o evento do café da manhã
Pros:

A limpeza é impecável, o café da manhã estava excelente e muito variado. Gostei que havia restaurante aberto até as 22hrs, mesmo co poucas opções. A equipe é cordial, educada.

Cons:

Havia um evento no salão do café da manhã (mulheres no marketing), com pessoas falando alto e apresentando assuntos profissionais. Junto com os hóspedes que não tinham nada a ver com o evento. Achei péssimo tomar meu café com os gritos e som de muitas pessoas falando ao mesmo tempo. A noite, desci para o restaurante e pedi um misto quente e uma cerveja. O Misto demorou mais de 15 minutos, veio branco (sem tostar) e frio, o queijo não estava nem derretido. A Cerveja veio fria, no limiar do tolerável para tomar. Em poucos minutos ficou morna.

O caos foi que o hotel estava extremamente cheio e aparentemente os funcionários ou a equipe não está preparada para tamanha lotação, haviam filas de carros para entrar e não tinha manobrista suficiente que desse conta, não podíamos nos mesmos levar o carro até o estacionamento, resultando em uma fila de carros na rua com uma espera imensa para entrar no hotel, no café da manhã também uma imensa bagunça pela super lotação , muitos itens faltando, fila para pegar café que só tinha de máquina. Aparentemente o hotel não gira bem com uma super lotação ou com a capacidade máxima de hospedagem.
