Worst Novotel Experience
Pros:

Met with attitude at front desk because I was English speaking, first time in a month of traveling in Brazil. Gave me a horrible room, stank of air freshener, made me gag it was so bad, run down, handles on bathroom door loose, sharp metal strip on bathroom floor sticking up, storage closest smelt like urine. Wait staff in restaurant were friendly and helpful! Horrible location, one block in each direction you're in the favela.

Verschrikkelijk, blij dat ik maar 1 nacht heb geboekt

Ontbijt is prima, zeer uitgebreid.

Cons:

Kamer stinkt naar schimmel. Alles erg vies. De vloer is aan het krimpen.
Begrijp niet dat er s morgen een grote groep scheeps werknemers met vieze overalls en offshore laarzen in de ontbijtzaal worden toegelaten, deze mensen komen rechtstreeks van boord of uit de offshore. Daarna zitten de toeristen op dezelfde stoelen.

Gostei ,perto de tudo que eu e minha família,planejamos ,os recepcionistas muito cordiais.
Café maravilhoso,e com uma vista linda do porto Atlântico.voltarei mais vezes com certeza.
Quarto com espaço maravilhoso.

Cons:

Só a piscina que pra mim poderia estar com manutenção constante,pois sei que tem hóspede que não colabora.
Mas como não usei .mas minhas netinhas queriam ..
Minha opinião sem querer ofender os colaboradores (funcionários).

Excelente, cumplió con lo esperado
Pros:

La ubicación es buena para estar cerca del aeropuerto. No está tan cerca, pero sin tráfico se llega rápido.
El hotel cumple y más, la atención es cordial y el servicio al cuarto muy bueno y barato.
Tiene estacionamiento.

Cons:

El estacionamiento es pago y no está tan cerca del hotel (sí dentro del mismo complejo, lo cual sigue siendo útil).
Los artículos del minibar son caros, de hecho mucho más caros que el room service.
