Pros:

Excelente atendimento. O melhor hotel Ibis que já fiquei. Fui muito bem atendida pela Amanda, Bruna e Júnior. Amanda durante toda a estadia se desdobrava para o melhor atendimento sempre com muita simpatia. Meu contato com a Bruna foi desde antes à minha chegada e também foi maravilhoso. O Júnior conheço de outros estabelecimentos em que ele trabalhou. Fiquei muito feliz em revê- lo no Ibis. Com certeza o hotel ganhou mais uma pessoa maravilhosa com a admissão dele. O atendimento no café excelente também, só elogios. O café estava divino com bastantes opções e variedades . Excelente localização do hotel. Quartos limpos e silenciosos. Volto com certeza e recomendo.

Pros:

Atendimento da recepção, qualidade e diversidade do café da manhã.

Cons:

Limpeza. Banheiro não foi devidamente limpo. Havia cabe e pelos de barba na bancada da pia. Além de o frigobar conter produtos abertos, provavelmente do hóspede anterior.
