A hospedagem poderia melhorar em alguns aspectos importantes. A limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar, pois os ambientes não estavam tão bem higienizados quanto o esperado. O banheiro apresentava um vazamento e a água quente da pia não funcionava, demonstrando a necessidade de mais manutenção. Além disso, a quantidade de toalhas e de sabonetes disponibilizada era insuficiente, sendo necessário solicitar reposição diversas vezes durante a estadia, o que acabou gerando certo desconforto. São detalhes que fazem diferença na experiência do hóspede e que merecem mais atenção.
