At the breakfast inspite of a paid order for an omlette it was delayed by the lady at the counter by almost 30 minutes. Overall the rest of the staff were were kind and supportive

立地が良かったです！地下鉄にもスーパーやショッピングセンターにも至便でした。部屋も広くて使いやすかったです。

スマホのWi-Fiが作動しなくなった時にフロントのvinyが物凄く親身になって繋いでくれました。今回のブラジル旅行で一番親切にしてくれた人です。英語はもとより、丁寧な日本語に翻訳してくれて心が温まりました。またよくお湯を貰いにキッチンに行きましたが気持ちよく「何に使うの？」と聞いてくれたスタッフ（私には名前はホブチと聞こえました）かとても親切でした。

Cons:

もう少し英語のわかるスタッフが多いと良い。わからなくても笑顔の多い人がいるとくつろげます。
