Superou expectativas
Pros:

Tive uma ótima experiência no Ibis da Paulista, desde o atendimento inicial feito pela recepção, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. A acomodação com um bom tamanho, cama confortável, chuveiro excelente, meu quarto tinha vista para a Av. Paulista o que adorei, as camareiras muito simpáticas também.
Sobre o café da manhã que estava incluso no meu pacote, simplesmente maravilhoso, bastante variedade de frutas, pães, bolos, bebidas, tudo fresquinho e quentinho.
Outro ponto que foi excelente é a localização super perto de alguns pontos turísticos como Instituto Moreira Sales, Conjunto Nacional, tem farmácia, supermercado, shoppings, restaurantes muito perto. E o que não consegue se fazer a pé pode contar com a linha do metro Consolação (Linha Verde) que fica a poucos metros, senão o uber também auxilia pois no hotel tem um lugar para embarque/desembarque.

Problemas no check-in, demorado por conta do sistema lento. Queda de energia na madrugada, que durou 2h no prédio todo. Não havia gerente e nenhuma previsão de reestabelecimento foi fornecida. O correto é a devolução dos valores do ultimo pernoite.

Deixou a desejar.

O hotel é bem localizado, e a infraestrutura dos restaurantes é boa.

Cons:

Nosso quarto estava com o secador quebrado, ficamos 7 dias lá e ninguém arrumou. Ainda queriam nos cobrar para emprestar um que funcionasse (um absurdo que meu marido não permitiu)
O sabonete liquido/shampoo/condicionador no box de banho acabou no quarto dia e simplesmente NINGUÉM REPOS.
Numa noite, aconteceu uma briga no quarto ao lado do nosso, onde o casal acabou quebrando o box de vidro, e a mulher ficou gritando no corredor que havia se cortado e gritando ofensas para o cônjuge por mais de meia hora. Fiquei mais de uma hora sem dormir, com receio das barbaridades que estavam acontecendo. Quando levantamos de manhã vimos o sangue por todo o quarto as moças estavam limpando.
Independente do motivo da briga, não me interessava o motivo, fui pedir na recepção se haviam resolvido o problema.
O recepcionista muito grosso nem deixou eu terminar de falar e largou um ''eu nao posso dar informações de outros hospedes''. Meu querido, eu não queria informações, eu queria que me garantissem que aquilo não iria mais ocorrer!!!!!
O café da manhã para 7 dias é muito igual, todos os dias a mesma coisa. Nada de variações.
Em resumo, é um hotel CARO para o que oferece. Não tem serviço de quarto, não tem nada no frigobar etc... (nem café da manhã incluso tivemos)

Na próxima vez, ficaremos em AIRBNB.
