Acesso,organizado,limpeza,ótima recepção.
Gutes, sauberes Hotel ganz in der Nähe zum Busterminal. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett resp. die Matratze ideal (nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart).
Das Frühstück ist top, mit einer grossen Auswahl.
Fas Waschbecken war nicht im Badezimmer sondern beim Zimmereingang, dies hat aber sicher mit der Raumaufteilung zu tun.

Não gostei do barulho dos hóspedes abrindo e fechando portas no corredor. Talvez possam melhorar o sistema de travamento, para diminuir o barulho.

Localização acessível e muito boa, café da manhã bem servido e saboroso, limpeza do quarto e dos utensílios de uso, chuveiro bom., isolamento acústico bom.
De se deparar com transtorno de o cartão magnético de acesso ao quarto não funcionar; porta de abertura para acesso ao chuveiro bastante ruim (há espaço para que a distância desta porta fosse maior, o que sanaria problema de acesso e uso do chuveiro); pontualmente no primeiro dia da diária a opção de "água quente" deixou a desejar estando bem fria para um dia frio, o que no segundo dia a água de fato estava quente; disponibilizaram 2 travesseiros, havendo um terceiro na estante porém bastante sujo e sem fronha.

O café da manhã é bem completo e variado. O chuveiro esquenta super bem. Quarto confortavel e bem equipado.
Nao gosto muito da decoração do hotel. Rs Parece muito infantil, mas isso não interfe em nada na minha hospedagem.
