Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado. Metrô e rodoviária do lado, assim como farmácias e conveniência. Quarto bom, com boa mesa de trabalho, guarda-roupas grande, frigobar sempre abastecido, estacionamento bom, ótima limpeza do quarto. O quarto tem uma janela a prova de ruídos que ajudou a amenizar o barulho da cidade. Funcionários educados e gentis. Voltarei com certeza!

Cons:

O colchão é um pouco duro. O box do chuveiro é um pouco apertado e a pia de lavar mão é fora do banheiro. O café da manhã precisava de mais opções zero lactose ou veganas para quem tem intolerâncias alimentares. Os itens do frigobar eram um pouco caros.

A equipe do hotel muito simpática e solícita - recepção e restaurante. O café da manhã apresenta várias e saborosas opções.

Cons:

As toalhas disponíveis no quarto não correspondem ao padrão do hotel: fininhas e desconfortáveis. Não havia toalha de rosto disponível!!
