Exceptional breakfast, nice room, just some details we didn't like
Pros:

Cons:

Carpets felt wet in the room and they had fans blowing in the hall. Clearly it was wet but they repeatedly told us we either tracked water in or were mistaking cold carpet for wet. They alternately said they "might have cleaned it but would've checked for water streaking from the chair onto the tile before renting it" and "It can't be wet and the carpet wasn't cleaned recently" It was sticky though. They insisted it could not be wet. There was also a large bug (cockroach?). I didn't want to say anything because they treated us like we were difficult regarding the carpet. Also, when we arrived to check in, they told us our room wouldn't be ready on time. They moved us so we could check in but that room seemed to need drying time. I have mold/dampness sensitivities and told them that. They did not seem to care.

My stay met all my expectations and more.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional. Staff was engaging and helpful. Location was close to shopping, highway, and travel amenities. Room was so comfortable and clean. Absolutely no complaints.

Comfortable and central located.
Pros:

The property was upgraded and had every amenity you could ask for in the room. The staff was very hands off.

Cons:

My do not disturb was removed from door allowing the cleaning staff to enter my room while I was out. Noticing before & after they cleaned the shower, there was still hair in the shower and in a couple of the towels.

Comfort away from home
Pros:

Staff was great! The bed was super comfortable and the room was a great size with all the needed comforts for a stay away from home.

Cons:

The shower pressure was weak, the sofa was an older style which is great but the material was not very comfortable to sit/lay on. And unfortunately there were hairs left in the bathroom that made us feel like it wasn't cleaned well.

Pros:

Die Ausstattung der Suite war sehr gut, mit einer Küchenzeile und ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, das hatten wir auf unserer Reise in den USA noch nie so. Alles war neu oder sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Das Sofa und die Möglichkeit, die verschiedenen Bereiche mit einem Vorhang abzutrennen, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück sah außergewöhnlich gut und vielfältig aus - leider konnten wir es diesmal nicht ausprobieren. Für uns war die Lage optimal

It was OK.
Pros:

This hotel was very basic. The pool was super small but clean. Breakfast was also basic and most mornings they struggled to keep up with demand. That being said, the hotel was clean and quiet. I would stay again.
