Overall very disappointing stay, would not recommend and would not return, not good value for money.
Pros:

Food in the restaurant was really nice, other than that as bad as it sounds I've nothing positive to say about this hotel unfortunately.

Cons:

We had an awful stay at this hotel the staff were disinterested and not attentive at all.

The bathroom was really dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable. I emailed the manager twice to express our disappointment and to discuss the issues we experienced and 6 days later I'm still awaiting a reply, the customer service is dreadful it's not a 4 star hotel.

Everything! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was delishious ,loads to choose from. The cocktails were very tasty. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfy. The views from the hotel were very picturesque. We will definitely be back!
