Pros:

Lovely hotel, clean spacious rooms, food was fab, friendly and helpful staff especially Laura in the restaurant. Very affordable, situated in the scenic Killaloe, within walking distance of Flanagans bar, definitely worth a visit.😊

Pros:

The staff, everyone was so friendly & helpful, we got a lovely room with a view. The french toast breakfast was lovely, fruit options were good. Maybe small pastries would be a good option

Cons:

Having to ask for a shower cap, this should be standard as women dont want to wash their hair every day. It was further away from the town then we thought & with no taxi's in the weather conditions it wasnt great

Pros:

There was only one staff memebr on duty serving breakfast on Friday, she did a fantastic job but she needed help. 2 colleagues arrived in at 10am to help but that was too late

Hotel room was spacious and it had everything we needed.

Very disappointing stay
Pros:

The food was really good

Cons:

We wanted room service and they didnt have enough staff to deliver room service. We booked a spa treatment and less than 24hrs before they cancelled as they had no staff. I rang.the spa and the receptionist said her colleague would ring back which she never did. A very disappointing weekend 😞

Hotel decor location and surrounds were beautiful

Cons:

Upon first arrival my husband went to the toilets at the bar and there was no hand wash or sanitizer.. let it go without a thought but 3 hours later we came back to the bar/restaurant for our dinner and drinks and there still was no hand wash in the men's.. making us wonder were the male staff and all the men at the bar/restaurant going without properly washed hand.. might not seem like a big thing but for me with taking immune suppressants this is a big thing especially with no hand sanitizer..
Having to leave the bar early over this problem we decided to go to the room and watch a movie.. the tv's are not smart tv's 😒 all we had was basic channels.. no u tube either..we felt like a good night out in a hotel was wasted..
And also while we were having our dinner from the minute we sat down looking and deciding we were asked 5 times in the space of 5 minutes have we decided and while eating and enjoying our meal and having conversations there was someone over interrupting us every two minutes 😫 we could not enjoy ourselves

Bring your own electric blanket 😄 it's really cold hotel no heating whatsoever

Cons:

The cold all night long couldn't sleep the rads didn't heat up the door handle came off overtime we closed and opened the door I never stay somewhere so cold that is a hotel
