Que tenia parqueadero, la cama comoda y limpia, lo mismo el baño. El muchacho de la recepcion muy amable. Te limpian la habitacion y cambian toallas solo si autorizas.

It was clean and easy to find

This was our first business trip to New York. Because the hotel uses a Chinese name, we originally believed that it would be a convenient and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.

Two days before checkout, I asked the front desk about a late checkout. A male employee wearing glasses told me that I could stay until 5:00 p.m. for an additional $100, and I agreed.

To avoid any misunderstanding, I confirmed the arrangement again that evening with another front desk employee. I specifically asked whether we could check out at 7:00 p.m., and he clearly told me that it would be possible for an additional $100. I confirmed the time again and agreed to the charge.

However, when I went to pay the next morning, another employee suddenly told me that a 7:00 p.m. checkout was not allowed. He initially told us that we had to leave at 11:00 a.m.

After I reminded him that another hotel employee had already approved a 7:00 p.m. checkout for $100, he changed his answer and said that the $100 payment would only allow us to stay until 5:00 p.m.

When I explained again that another employee had clearly promised us a 7:00 p.m. checkout, he did not provide any reasonable explanation and did not appear willing to contact the previous employee to verify the agreement.

Because we had an urgent matter to handle that day, we did not have time to continue arguing and paid the $100. Later, I checked the hotel’s room rate and discovered that an entire additional night cost approximately the same amount.

If the hotel charges almost the price of a full night for only a few additional hours, why was this not clearly explained in advance? Had the hotel provided clear and accurate information from the beginning, we could have simply booked another night.

What made the situation even more unacceptable was that the front desk employee was playing a game throughout our conversation.

Close to LaGuardia airport. The price. There was a refrigerator in the room.

I liked almost everything about the trip.

Staff are friendly and is very fast to respond, the hotel is clean, and the location is the best, bus stop is right outside.
