Leider Wasserrohrbruch im Spa-Bereich. Somit stand dieses nicht zur Verfügung, ein geringer Preisnachlass wäre nett gewesen

Wij voelde ons welkom en helemaal thuis. De kamer was mooi licht en heel groot. Het ontbijt was uitstekend met heel veel keuze.

Die Lage ist toll und das Personal unfassbar freundlich. Danke auch noch mal an die Bar☺️

Cons:

Leider war der Wellnessbereich durch einen Wasserschaden geschlossen. Wir hatten jedoch auch wegen dem Wellnessbereich gebucht, was für uns etwas enttäuschend war.

Echtes Romantik-Hotel mitten im Zentrum
Pros:

Das Hotel selbst gehört zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Osnabrück. Hier haben schon zahlreiche Könige und berühmte Personen übernachtet. Freundlicher professioneller Empfang, riesiges ruhiges Zimmer mit sehr komfortabler Ausstattung. Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Tiefgarage für 23€ / Tag. Am Hotel gibt es nichts auszusetzen, hier wird der Gast bestens betreut. Preis-Leistung absolut ok. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Cons:

Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung sollte unbedingt verbessert und detailliert werden und dem Gast zuvor übermittelt werden, gerade weil das Hotel in der Fußgängerzone liegt. Wir hatten trotz Navi große Mühe den Eingang zur Tiefgarage zu finden, die alleinige Angabe einer Adresse (Kleine Gildewart 11) dafür reicht nicht aus !

Mooi hotel in het centrum met vriendelijk personeel, eigen parkeerplek en een goed restaurant.
Pros:

Personeel was super en sprak ook goed Engels. De locatie was even zoeken, maar heel mooi in het centrum. Parkeren kan daar ook prima. Het restaurant is super goed! De kamer was ook fijn, schoon en heerlijke douche.

Cons:

Het matras ging nog wel, maar had zijn beste tijd gehad. Ik miste eigenlijk een waterkoker op de kamer, maar heb er eerlijk gezegd ook niet naar gekeken bij het boeken.

Wir sind sehr regelmäßig in Osnabrück. Bevorzugen dann für die nächsten Besuche wieder eine andere Unterkunft.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Super Auswahl und Qualität.

Cons:

Der Empfang war eher nicht so gut gelaunt als wir eingetroffen sind. Hatte wohl eher keinen guten Tag. Und das Zimmer war eher für eine Person geeignet. Super klein. Das Bett in einer Ecke, so dass es die eine Hälfte an der Wand stand und weder Lampe noch eigenen „Ausstieg“ bot….
