Hotel is beautiful and staff is amazing!!
Pros:

Location was perfect! I had asked to be moved to a quieter room as the group across the hall was very loud. Front desk staff moved me up a floor, quickly and happily, to the newer section with a lake view. Rooms are stunning and the lake view was just as beautiful as the room. The restaurant has amazing food as well as that lake view. Wonderful staff and amazing property!

Cons:

In the “older” rooms there is little to no protection from outside noise.

Would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

Loved that it was on Lake Michigan and the suite was very spacious over looking the lake.

Cons:

Friday night the kitchen closed at 9:00 so we couldn’t eat there when the kids got done swimming I wish we were told at checking the restaurant closed serving food. Other than that it couldn’t have been better.

We've stayed there in past years and this experience did not measure up to how we remembered it.
Pros:

The booking went well and the staff was very nice.

Cons:

There was almost no cellular service even with two different mobile carriers. Our room was too far away from the router to receive a reasonable signal. When I inquired about it, it was suggested I should try going outside to make/receive calls. It is March and it was freezing outside. Also, our room faced the parking lot and the shades let in the on-all-night lights around the edges of the shades, making sleeping more of a challenge. The room was very clean and the environment was quiet. The lobby entrance is also the drive-thru for the Bigby Coffee Shop located in the lobby. There is not a free breakfast buffet available.

Great place can’t wait to see it when completed
Pros:

Room was beautiful and so clean you wanted to be in that room not to mention the “view” was so nice even in winter

Pros:

Everything was great from staff to hotel and room

Cons:

One thing that I didn't like was children running and yelling down the hall and above me in the hall. There were people banging on the walls and stomping on and off through the night and early morning. I barely slept
