Pros:

The staff was friendly and nice. An the room was a great size

Cons:

The elevators seemed like they needed serviced an the doors didnt wanna open. House keepin didnt check shampoo, conditioner, an bodywash they was all 3 empty. The lighting in the room was difficult to brighten the room. The TV remote was very very difficult to operate. The pillows was very very flat not comfortable at all

Housekeeping and cleaning staff were extremely kind and pleasant.

Front desk staff was pretty snooty and not overly friendly. More forced/fake friendly than genuinely friendly. Just kinda luke warm. Maybe that’s common for the area, IDK, but seemed snobby.

Let me tell you I've stayed in Hilton and in Charlotte Waverly walk or Waverly Way filthy I stayed in now I'm staying at Wilkes-Barre filthy Martinsburg was the best employest people of the whole I don't know what's going on with you guys with Martinsburg was the best West Virginia what I remember when I was younger these other ones they're going to s***the one in Wilkes-Barre they had toilet paper to somebody already used up there and they just keep folding it it's disgusting Martinsburg West Virginia was the best cleanest friendliest everything

Great stay – I would happily come back.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, great location, and an enjoyable stay. The breakfast prepared by the chef was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our stay.
