Amazingly concise with everything they offered and went above my expectations
Pros:

The indoor pool, the room itself very nice and clean. Loved the breakfast in the morning and the staff went above and beyond for me since I got the room due to losing power at home!

Cons:

I have zero dislikes .

We had a relaxing stay for 3 nights & will visit again.
Pros:

We had a good nights sleep each night. The shower was amazing, the layout of the suite is perfect for us & we travel with our furr baby.

Cons:

The only negative we have is the toilets sit so low to the floor. We are in our 60's, with knee issues, so that was a challenge.

Pros:

Chef Zack was awesome. Location was great.

Cons:

Toilets are really low. Should have coffee and tea in Lobby all day and rude lady at checkout

Pros:

Amazing staff. Makes my trips back to my hometown of Martinsburg, WV from Pittsburgh, PA always so nice and welcoming. Well done. Also the facility is always clean and in tip top shape. Best hotel in Martinsburg.

Cons:

There is nothing that I did not like. Everything was great.
