Pros:

Room was great. Breakfast was also fantastic.

Cons:

Deposit I paid at check-in was more than the room cost for a night. At least it was promptly returned.
Restaurant in hotel - food was good but service was awful.

Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was great. The hotel location was fantastic. We were able to take the sky way to and from the Target Center, which was a huge bonus considering the freezing temperature outside.
All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our only complaint for our stay is that our room temperature was too cold. We tried turning the temperature up on the thermostat but the temperature barely changed.

That booking wouldn't give me a refund for the dildo my son found in the room.. the hotel wanted to give me a refund but it was up to booking since I booked through them

Highly recommend. Skyway to parking garage and Target center was a bonus.
Pros:

Stayed on the 12th floor Room was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Enjoyed our stay!

Staff was so kind. Rooms were modern and clean. Large shower, large bathroom. Comfortable beds. Couch was even comfortable!

We enjoyed the big room we had with a “living room” area.

Cons:

We didn’t enjoy having to walk outside in the cold weather to our car when there are ways to get there through the building, but having them closed.

Pior hotel que já ficamos na vida!
Pros:

A localização do hotel e o tamanho dos quartos são ótimos. (ficamos no melhor quarto do hotel, os de esquina)

Cons:

Ficamos por 12 dias entre Natal e depois do ano novo, desde a chegada fomos recebidos de uma forma rude e mal educada pelos recepcionistas, parecia que estavam fazendo um favor por nos atender.

O café da manhã era péssimo, talheres de plástico e não repunham os alimentos nem café. Praticamente todos os dias pedíamos mais café e leite, que acabava e demoravam horrores para repor.

Os quartos eram muito bons mas desde o dia que entramos nunca foram totalmente arrumados. Reclamamos com 2 gerentes diferentes sobre a arrumação dos quartos e nada mudou. O lixo não era tirado, a louça suja não era recolhida, o piso ficou sujo do primeiro ao último dia (não podíamos tirar os sapatos dentro do quarto para não sujar nossos pés) - as camas não eram trocadas e só trocavam as toalhas quando pedíamos. Mesmo depois de reclamarmos sobre isso com os gerentes nada foi feito.
Entre nosso período da hospedagem viajamos para o interior por duas noites e não fizemos checkout, avisamos que iríamos e pedimos por favor para arrumarem o quarto, quando voltamos estavam exatamente do mesmo jeito que deixamos quando saímos, nem o lixo tiraram. Pedimos para o gerente da recepção solicitar ao gerente geral do hotel que nos contactasse para relatarmos o ocorrido e ele nem se quer entrou em contato - um total desrespeito com o cliente!

Fora isso, a equipe da recepção e do bar foi extremamente mal educada, sempre de cara feia e respondendo de forma grosseira!

O hotel carrega uma bandeira Hilton, o que nos fez acreditar que seria um bom hotel, mas fez com que nos decepcionássemos ao extremo, foi de longe o pior hotel que já ficamos em nossa vida, com certeza nunca mais ficaremos em um Hilton - acho até feio para o booking avaliar o hotel como 4 estrelas, sendo que nem de longe este hotel vale isso!

Excellent downtown location, very comfortable for business travel
Pros:

Room was very well decorated and modern. Excellent location in downtown MN, very close to meetings. Very friendly staff in both the bar, reception and breakfast area. Comfortable beds in the rooms and great shower products. Great breakfast selection. Also very much appreciated the great desk area in the room and the late check out for working remotely

Cons:

During breakfast, butter and condiments kept being removed and returned from the serving area (seemed to be confusion on what time breakfast ended between the staff). Pool towels are reaching end of life and could be would benefit from being replaced but these are just small suggestions on an overall excellent stay
