There was a smell in the hall going to our room that wasn’t pleasant. Especially our room restrooms it smelted vary bad. And our Fridge wasn’t even working.

Everything about the place is great. The cleanliness, the building, accessibility, etc. was excellent.

Cons:

If I say, I am disabled I would love to have a room that’s on the bottom floor. I don’t understand why disability rooms are on the top floors. I can’t walk. That’s what I would change.

It was very cozy and relaxing.
Pros:

the location this hotel was in was very good, its a very good area to live in. And the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent and on point. I really loved my room. It was very spacious. Very neat and tidy.

Cons:

The one free bottle of water in the room. If we wanted more water, we would have to pay for it and I felt like it was overcharging us as well. But I liked everything else.

Pros:

The hotel is essentially nice, but it needs an uplift. Clean. Staff were lovely: friendly, helpful, efficient. I was kindly transported by hotel shuttle to see an elderly family member in a nearby memory facility; otherwise, I used Lyft.

I chose the hotel because of the shuttle service and also because it had a restaurant. On the day of arrival, I received a welcome email, which included the restaurant hours (open until 10 pm). However, when I arrived at the hotel at 9 pm, the restaurant was closed. Ditto the following day. This meant ordering delivery (which is always poor quality).

The hotel windows essentially had no soundproofing because the freeway noise was LOUD all night long.

In short, the best attribute for the hotel was the staff.
