Frozen in the bedroom, sand, blankets, broken thermostat, broken phone, broken remote no wake up call service due to bro
Pros:

Convenience to Methodist Hospital I went online, but there was no code I was told about for the discount. Someone live or didn’t exist.

Cons:

The remote didn’t work, even turn on the TV. I went to the phone. It was dead no dial tone. The thermostat was set on 60 and that wouldn’t work either. I couldn’t even get the fan to go to low. Couldn’t change the temperature. Three trips downstairs and I couldn’t get wake up service because the phone didn’t work.

The room was comfortable to stay but not the shower.

It cleanliness and comfortable for a little long term staying

Cons:

The water setting in the shower. I didn’t get the cold water as it supposed to, even when I tried to turn the level to the cold water side. When I mentioned this issue to the front desk, it appeared that they didn’t really doing anything to fix it.

I hate that we were LIED to about the holding fee/ deposit. We were told that it would be $50, we went to check our account and they charged $125 darn dollars. We then went downstairs to confront them about the UNAUTHORIZED charged and was told by the “assistant” manager Jackie which was very nice nasty mentioned something about the World Cup and said it must’ve “slipped” the person who checked us in mind then proceeded to say “well it was authorized because the paper was signed” when we only authorized what was told to us. She basically said “well we charged you, so what, there’s nothing we can do about it it’ll be refunded anyways” We were highly upset about that fraudulent charge of $75 extra and we did NOT like the way they went about the situation/ handled it definitely didn’t like Jackie’s nice nasty attitude. and everything will still be escalated to HR and we will be emailing the CEO !!!!! Other than that, our stay was excellent

Pros:

The location to where we visited

Cons:

It was loud. The floor we were on (4th floor) had some heavy pot smoking going on. The smell of this activity kept me awake. I thought this was a non smoking facility. When we told the front desk there was little concern about this. We only got “well we will spray up there for the smell.”
