Wonderful stay akways at Home 2 Suites Hasbrouk Heights
Pros:

We have been going to Home 2 suites in Hasbrouk Heights New Jersey for many years as Hilton Honors customers. We have always felt safe in this hotel. Safety is very important. The hotel is always clean, decor is beautiful, the breakfast is akways excellent. There are many amenities , ice machines, laundry,outside patio fire pit and a convince snack/ grocery shop. Elevators are always ckean and safe. Most of all the staff is excellent, rooms are always clean and the housekeeping staff is friendly. Importantly, the reception are wonderful and staff always makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. All of the front desk staff are excellent. One of the front desk staff consistently stands out. This person is a young ladiy named Javi. She is akways friendly to everyone, patient answers questions and is extremely helpful.
I truly appreciate her sincere kindness. My husband and I stayed at this location constantly during February through April due to a family medical emergency in NYC. Javi made this difficult time much easier,just by her kindness. Truly appreciated.

Excellent for traveling with pets. Spacious rooms that were mostly soundproof. Comfortable beds too!
Cons:

Breakfast was not very appetizing. I chose instead options in the surrounding areas.

חדר גדול, מרווח, מואר, נקי. הרבה שקעי הטענה, כולל ליד המיטות. כל יום מסדרים מיטות ומחליפים מגבות. צוות נעים ומתאמץ לעזור. חדר כושר גדול ומאובזר טוב. בחדר יש מטבחון מאובזר לגמרי כולל מקרר גדול, מיקרו, סכו״ם. מקלחת עמידה נפרדת.

Cons:

לא לקחת חדר שפונה לכביש. זה כביש ראשי ויש המון רעש ואדי בנזין מהערב ועד הלילה ומהבוקר המוקדם מאד. כנ״ל רכבת באזור. חדר אחורי פותר את הבעיה.

Breakfast was good, room was nice, and the curtain was a bonus in the room for some privacy.

Cons:

Just wish the water was more filtered, the pullout bed was a bit more comfortable and the fitness center had more mirrors.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

I really love the amount of space the queen suite had. Plenty of room for my family of 4. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

My kids did wish there was a pool, or something for them to do, game room maybe? The pillows weren't supportive.
