This hotel does not offer waldorf standards.
Pros:

the rooms are spacious.

Cons:

"While the Waldorf Astoria brand carries a reputation for seamless service, my recent experience regarding breakfast was disappointing. Due to an early flight, the night prior to check out, I requested a simple breakfast (eggs Benedict and fruit for my baby) to be sent to the room at 5:45 AM the following morning (ass the buffet breakfast wasn't opened at that time) Despite my stay including breakfast, the staff initially insisted on charging a room service fee and were reluctant to accommodate the timing.

Given that the kitchen was already staffed and preparing for the day, the 'convincing' required to get a basic meal for my child was unnecessary. At the time the manager called to discuss, my baby was crying. i explained that i cannot take the call as my child needed my attention, yet he still wanted to discuss it. i was very frustrated, that i had to beg for food, and ignore a crying child because the manager was unable to understand that my request was easy to attend to, yet he made my feel like i was begging for a meal.

A bit more flexibility for traveling families would go a long way in truely delivering a 5 star service.

Pros:

1층에 로비가 없고 50층에 있어서 좀 특별했습니다. 짐이 있으면 1층 직원에게 맡기고 엘리베이터로 50층에 가서 체크인하는 시스템입니다. 방이 정해지면 직원분들이 방으로 짐을 옮겨주십니다. 직원분들은 친절했고, 침대는 편했습니다. 성도 금융센터(IFS)가 성도의 중심지라면 이 호텔은 좀 외진곳 같아요. 그래서 조용해서 좋았습니다. 49층 레스토랑은 뷰가 끝내줬어요... 아주 낭만이 있는 아침 식사였습니다. 좀 고급스러운 낭만을 원하신다면 이곳을 추천합니다~~

设施很好、楼下就是商场、公园很方便。 服务态度也很好。

Cons:

泳池桑拿10点关门对于夜行动物稍微有点早。
不是酒店问题、周边都是写字楼、旅游的话晚上出去溜达可能没什么店铺、内容。感觉更适合来附近处理工作的商务人士。
