Pros:

1층에 로비가 없고 50층에 있어서 좀 특별했습니다. 짐이 있으면 1층 직원에게 맡기고 엘리베이터로 50층에 가서 체크인하는 시스템입니다. 방이 정해지면 직원분들이 방으로 짐을 옮겨주십니다. 직원분들은 친절했고, 침대는 편했습니다. 성도 금융센터(IFS)가 성도의 중심지라면 이 호텔은 좀 외진곳 같아요. 그래서 조용해서 좋았습니다. 49층 레스토랑은 뷰가 끝내줬어요... 아주 낭만이 있는 아침 식사였습니다. 좀 고급스러운 낭만을 원하신다면 이곳을 추천합니다~~

设施很好、楼下就是商场、公园很方便。 服务态度也很好。

Cons:

泳池桑拿10点关门对于夜行动物稍微有点早。
不是酒店问题、周边都是写字楼、旅游的话晚上出去溜达可能没什么店铺、内容。感觉更适合来附近处理工作的商务人士。

My experience at the Waldorf Astoria Chengdu was the definition of luxury and sophistication in the heart of new Chengdu. The hotel successfully blends classic Waldorf charm with the modernity of China.
​Location: The location in the vibrant High-Tech Zone and the in99 complex is excellent for those seeking a modern environment. There is direct access to the luxury shopping mall, and the proximity to Jiaozi Park and the subway station ensures easy exploration of the city. The view from the high floors of the Financial City Skyline (with its illuminated towers) is stunning, especially at night.
​Comfort: The comfort was superior. The room, with its Art Deco design featuring touches of brass and walnut, was a sanctuary of elegance. The exclusive Waldorf Beds, the pillow menu, and the marble bathrooms with a soaking tub and branded amenities (like Aesop or similar) guaranteed an extremely relaxing stay. The automated curtains and blinds were a highlight!
​Services: The service is what truly sets the Waldorf apart. I was treated to the True Waldorf Service, which includes personal attention and discretion. The check-in on the 50th floor is dramatic and efficient. The staff was impeccable and proactive, always addressing requests with the utmost courtesy.
​Amenities / Highlight: The Peacock Alley for the famous Afternoon Tea with live piano music is an elegant tribute to the New York tradition. Furthermore, the heated indoor pool on the 48th floor offers an incredible panoramic view of the city, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and exercise.
