Nice quiet location in District 1. Rooms were exceptionally clean. I have stayed here several times and always request the same room.
The staff both in the hotel and the restaurant are first class, very friendly and very helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel if you want to get away from the noise and congestion of District 1
I honestly can't think of anything I disliked.
Everything was good.The receptionists friendly
Quiet place in Thao Dien close to food abd amenities.
staff, food, drink, housekeeping, location all amazing
Good location, staff is nice, free parking, good swimming pool.
Thin walls, so you can hear the other guests.

Overall very nice hotel. I like the gym and pool. Rooms are spacious and good overall.
The room was clean and functional. Bathroom clean and good shower.
Do not recommend. The service was very poor. Receptionist area was cluttered and unkempt. No lift access for four flights of stairs with luggage. No information provided at reception about facilities or breakfast. Limited choice at breakfast considering it was included. Fresh fruit was ok. Coffee was lukewarm. Location was average. Far from city centre if that’s what you are there for.
Location was perfect, really close to Thao Bien in district 2 and other busier areas, although, when trying to sleep it was peaceful and quiet
There is a small pool which was nice to cool off in
The beds were comfortable and the pillows were big and fluffy
The shower was hot and powerful
The staff were really attentive, and brought us extra towels and water when requested
The sign positing to get to the pool was unclear, it may be a good idea for staff to show the guests upon arrival how to get to the pool and gym as it is a bit of a maze to get there
This is my 8th stay at Glenwood City Resort for perhaps 30+ cumulative days of stay.
I live in the countryside and routinely commute for work, and aside Thao Dien just being the easiest point of access to my route to/from, Glenwood's just an exceptional deep value play with 4-star quality.
Being that it's 4-star quality, most staff are very well trained in their role, but there isn't that impetus to go above and beyond, which is okay.
Pool and gym facilities are still lacking. Breakfast staff at the hotel's restaurant are super, but the breakfast itself isn't well considered - a lot of room for improvement on the food side.
