Excellent location near Redland Performing Arts Centre, Cleveland. Very warm and friendly staff.
Pros:

Reception was warm and knowledgeable regarding the close location of the Redland Performing Arts Centre. Great place to stay if you're attending a performance there. Easy check-in.

Cons:

Plates, bowls and cutlery are not provided in your room. We needed to go to Reception and ask for them.
