Little disappointed for what we paid
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the staff was very polite to us and very helpful. Loved the tiles in the foyer.
The pool was nice but very cold as it is not quiet summer.

Cons:

The microwave did not work so we had to go to the other room to us theirs. It was not replaced. The air-con did not work in the other room. We did not have minor cutlery in our rooms. We should have recieved a discount for the inconvience. As not everything was fixed in a timely manor or even fixed for our comfort, as we were on a work event, so when you finish in the afternoon, all we were looking forward to a nice hot shower and relax.

It was close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

Tried to book for the following night but were told that there were no rooms available, despite there being 2 rooms available on their website. Rooms/furniture are old and in need of updating. Powerpoint hidden behind bed, shower unusable due to huge step up to get into bath. TV was unwatchable with constant pop up settings that would not disappear. Room smelt like a spilt bottle of air freshener. Air conditioner either too hot, or too noisy.
