O quarto nao tinha opcao de diminuir a temperatura do ar condicionado, apenas aquecer.

El personal super amable, un 10, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que se necesite, desayuno muy bueno, muy buenas instalaciones, ubicacion en Rione Monti, cerca del Coliseo, Piazza Venezia y Termini. Ya es la 2da vez que me alojo en este hotel.

Great location but I question the value for money here
Pros:

Great location - such an iconic spot in the heart of Monti

Cons:

Noisy location - very uninspiring interiors - breakfast was average - curtains barely closed and the rooms were super warm with no ability to change temp

Pros:

O staff do hotel foi formidável, assim que souberam do meu aniversário e do da minha mulher no momento do check-in, proporcionaram-nos uma estadia excelente. Fizeram um upgrade no tipo de quarto disponibilizado e nas duas noites de aniversário ofereceram-nos uma garrafa de espumante e outra de vinho. Agradecemos pelo excelente profissionalismo que tornou a nossa estadia em Roma inesquecível!

Pros:

The hotel has all requirements for my perfect stay. Great location. Walking distance to many sightseeing spots.
I was able to reach the entrance of the hotel by car - which was very important for me as I had 3 heavy suitcases. There was a porter to help with that. Amazing. 24 hours front desk. Lift in a hotel. Very clean room. Sound protection. Good power of the shower and water was hot as I like. Great breakfast. I was using laundry services and was very pleased with them - the delivery was quick, the quality great and the price affordable.

Cons:

The rooms are smaller than they look in the photos. The night curtains are artificially hanged - they do not move to close them down for the night:

Definitely recommend, great location and great hotel and staff.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, good breakfast and great location only 10min walk to the colessuem. Lots of nice restaurants close by and the one next door was brilliant

Cons:

One member of staff was unhelpful and slightly rude to me and my husband on different occasions but everyone else at the hotel was very lovely and couldn’t be of more assistance so they made up for him.
