Pros:

We liked the location and its proximity to the Colosseum, as well as the nearby metro and bus stations, which made it easy to access other areas. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with daily housekeeping.

Recommended
Pros:

Great location within easy walking distance to the Colosseum, and not far from the main train station. We celebrated a special occasion during our stay, and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of prosecco, which was lovely. Special thanks to Margherita who was friendly, welcoming and informative every morning we saw her at breakfast. There's a great view from the roof terrace outside the breakfast room. The room was compact and very clean, quiet and comfortable. Thank you.

Excellent Hotel!
Pros:

We were recommended the hotel by our travel agent and were very pleased with the property and the attentiveness of the staff. The rooms were perfect and the roof top view is the best in Rome! Would stay again.

Pros:

Pros:

ho soggiornato in una camera singola, ma le dimensioni erano molto buone, comoda, ben arredata, pulita, confortevole e anche la vista bella su rione Monti. Ben isolata e silenziosa. Letto comodo ed accessori di qualita', sia l'asciugacapelli, che i prodotti da bagno, che le spugne. Personale gentilissimo e preparato. Viaggio spesso a Roma in questa categoria di hotel, ma questo e' il migliore che ho trovato fin'ora. Anche le aree comuni sono piacevoli, ordinate, silenziose e pulite. Il terrazzo e' molto bello.

Cons:

L'unica cosa un po' di minore livello e' l'ascensore, non e' proprio il top, ma funziona. Anzi ce ne sono 2.

Świetna lokalizacja, położony naprzeciwko przystanku metra, jeden przystanek od stacji Termini i jeden od Koloseum. Pieszo do tych dwóch obiektów też jest tylko ok. 10-15 minut. W pobliżu mnóstwo klimatycznych knajpek i sklepów. Jednocześnie wewnątrz cicho i przytulnie. Ładne pokój i nowoczesna łazienka ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami (może dodałabym jakiś wieszak na ręczniki przy umywalce). Piękny widok z tarasu gdzie można zjeść smaczne śniadanie, sporo opcji wegetariańskich. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Zdecydowanie warto się tu zatrzymać.

Sizeable room, cold atmosphere
Pros:

Stayed for one night before flying out of Rome after spending our first leg of the trip at the DoubleTree down the street (which we really enjoyed and would recommend). The room was large and the location is great but that is about where the positives ended for us. The room was a bit dingy although it was large and also had a large bathroom. It was very noisy through the night as we faced the main street. Overall we were glad we only had to stay one night. Staff was pretty cold, and we were accosted by staff outside of the hotel while getting into our taxi for our early flight about not checking out with the front desk. We typically don’t check out with the hotel when nothing was purchased in the minibar and the room was prepaid, so it was a simple misunderstanding. Nevertheless, it really put the nail in the coffin on this place for us.
