We had a lovely stay in a nice hotel.

Excelente. Ficaria novamente, mas pela localização deveria ser um pouco mais barato.
Pros:

Quartos modernos, amplos. Camas confortáveis. Banheiro amplo e todo moderno. Ao lado da estação de metrô Cavour. Perto de alguns restaurantes e mercados. Café da manhã excelente. Atendimento da recepção maravilhoso. Perto do coliseu e da estação de trem principal.

Cons:

Ar condicionado não gelava, mesmo no máximo: parecia haver um limitador de temperatura ou era pouco potente para o quarto, tive que pedir um ventilador pois não dava conta do calor do verão europeu. Exceto pelo coliseu, é mais afastado um pouco das demais atrações importantes de Roma, embora bem assistida pelo metrô. Alguns funcionários do café da manhã não eram tão simpáticos. Apesar de bom café da manhã, era exatamente o mesmo todo dia, sem variar ao longo da semana. Bidê ao invés de ducha no banheiro.

Pros:

We stayed two nights at Monti Palace and we had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the views from the Rooftop were fantastic. The bonus was that it was opposite Cavour Metro station and the bus stop (which we used to go to Trastevere - No 75 Bus) was just down the road. It was only a short work to the Colosseum and the Forum.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tolle Lage !

Location könnte nicht besser sein!
Sehr gemütlich , das Frühstück was echt gut , Personal immer nett , die Bilder entsprechen Realität (man erlebt es nicht immer leider ), also alles prima !

Decent room, not great.
Pros:

The AC was great & beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The staff were very rude. The toilet seat was broken. The shower was also broken. The hotel staff really were horrible and not helpful. Breakfast was terrible, I would not say this is not a 4 star hotel.

Pros:

După ce am cerut schimbarea camerei pe motiv de lipsa curățenie si mochetă foarte murdară, am primit o alta camera cu parchet pe jos foarte curata.

Cons:

Atitudinea receptionerilor si mizeria din camera initial primita.

Pros:

La ubicación, cerca del coliseo, a 15 minutillos de Fontana di Trevi,..., y al lado de la parada de metro de Cavour

Cons:

El desayuno es malo, poco variado y de baja calidad. La gente de recepción no hace ningún esfuerzo por agradar... ni recomendaciones ni nada. Están allí, te dan las llaves de la habitación, te cobran y listo.

Al hotel no le viene mal una reforma... aún tiene moqueta en los pasillos de las plantas!! (En la habitación no, por suerte!). El aire acondicionado es antiguo, difícil de manejar y ruidoso.
