Great location close to metro and busses. Professional reception staff. Has the right look and feel for a 4 star hotel.
My room was near the stairs going to the terrace and you can hear people loudly going up or down.
There were only a few vegan items in the default breakfast buffet and no way to get anything like vegan butter or savory breakfast items. They were able to provide a croissant and some sweet things, but I don't like thatfor breakfast so I declined.

We loved our stay at the Monti Palace! Always a friendly face to greet us coming in the door! The rooms were very accommodating and the location is perfect for touring!

The Monti is a really lovely hotel with spacious rooms, a delicious breakfast, gorgeous roof top terrace (you can see clear to St. Peter's) and an especially professional and gracious staff. I particuarly like its location, near the Coloseun, nice restaunts and shops everywhere, near Santa Maria Maggiori and the Cavour metro stop. I would stay there again, without question!

We were in Rome in the hight of summer with regards to crowds and heat! I was so glad to come back to The Monti Palace Hotel after a full day of sightseeing to recharge for the next day. It is located centrally. This is one of the few places that offers rooms for more than 2 adults. We were 3 adults using the prestige room for 3 on the 4th floor; beds were very comfortable, room was clean, quiet and well equipped, a good sized room and bathroom considering this is a hotel in the middle of the city, and the AC worked like a charm! The ample morning hot and cold breakfast offerings were fabulous, and we loved the terrace bar! The stay was very reasonable for the cost. However, the main reason this place fully deserves the 5 stars is the staff; they were friendly, and very kind and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
The location of this hotel is perfect. Close to so many attractions. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The staff in the terrace for breakfast are very polite and thoughtful Margarete even gave us a great recommendation for a wonderful restaurant. The rooms are excellent the air cond is good and the shower is also excellent with great water pressure. Good stay would definitely recommend
