Excellent, definitely would come again.
Pros:

I went there intending to surprise my wife for her birthday.
I was also surprised, they did a great job decorating the room and far exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

My spa booking initially didn't go through and by the time they made the corrections, there we're no slot for my wife as there were only male masseurs.

I booked a couple of weeks in advanced, so a bit sad that happened.

Excellent overall experience, but breakfast service quality needs improvement.
Pros:

Overall service was excellent and among the best I have experienced in Malaysia. The hotel maintains a high standard of comfort, professionalism, and hospitality throughout most of the stay.

Cons:

Breakfast service was below expectations. Due to the large number of guests, we were seated near the function room area, where the staff appeared inexperienced. On 24 December, at the bread counter, the serving tongs were dropped on the floor and not replaced until I pointed it out. This reflects inadequate training and does not meet luxury hotel standards.

Enjoyed the stay 😄
Pros:

1. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided good service. The breakfast spread was reasonably good, tasty, and fresh, though the variety could have been better.
2. The daily complimentary food items, such as ginger cookies, chocolates, and nuts, were a thoughtful touch that is not commonly practised by other hotels. This reflects the hotel’s genuine effort to delight and please its guests.

Cons:

1. The bf seating arrangement in the main area, especially near the buffet spread and the main walkway, was not very convenient for guests seated there due to frequent movement of people in and out.
