Location, staff, clean.
I liked everything.
Cosy hotel in Tbilisi near to the metro and circa 15 mins walk from the old town. Our room had a balcony with a great view and was nice and quiet at night.
The rooftop bar was closed for 'refurbishment' but I suspect it was lack of enthusiasm. Breakfast was inconsistent and it's worth noting that if you want coffee from a machine you have to pay. Instant coffee is available but requires you to wait for a kettle located high on the bar to be boiled. The whole breakfast experience was somewhat depressing.
Good size rooms, clean and well maintained, friendly staff. Decent breakfast.
They let me leave my luggage for a few nights when I went hiking :)

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the windows have very poor sound insulation, so a lot of noise from outside can be heard inside the room. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. However, breakfast at the restaurant was a very disappointing experience.
Breakfast starts at 8:00 a.m., and because we had an excursion planned, we arrived right at 8:00. Unfortunately, nothing was ready yet. I asked where the coffee was, but the waiter did not speak to me and simply pointed at the table where the cups and tea were. I asked three times because I genuinely could not see it, and he finally told me that the coffee from the machine was not included and had to be paid for, while the free coffee was from a packet.
There were six of us, so we pulled out extra chairs to sit together at one table. After we finished eating, the same waiter approached my aunt and told her that we had to clean up after ourselves.
This was honestly the first time I have ever had such an experience at a hotel. The rooms and reception staff were good, but the breakfast service and the attitude of the waiter were very disappointing.

Замечательный отель с понимающим, внимателным персоналом. Расположение чудесное, близко от метро, близко от Сухого моста и ресторанов. Буквально в двух шагах проспект. Вокруг несколько винных баров и магазинчиков. Номер хороший светлый с красивым видом на город. Очень вкусный завтрак)
