We had a fantastic stay at the Skyview Hotel Bangkok. The location is excellent, right next to the BTS Phrom Phong station and just a few steps away from the Emporium and EmQuartier shopping malls, which makes getting around Bangkok very easy.
The rooms are modern, very clean and offer a beautiful view of the Bangkok skyline. We also really enjoyed the pool area and the rooftop bar, which is a perfect place to relax with a drink in the evening.
A special thank you to Aom, May and Pop. They were incredibly friendly and helped us with all our requests during the stay. They even assisted us when our suitcase went missing at the airport and helped organize that it was delivered to the hotel so we could receive it there. That level of service was truly appreciated.
Overall, a stylish hotel with a perfect location and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bangkok.

The staff is top notch. My gratitude to a housekeeper, miss Mat (hope I got her name right), who anticipated my request promptly and offered everything she could with a smile to make my stay comfortable. The rooftop bar offers nice view and drinks, though the food still has room for improvement. The location is super convenient. Airport transportation can be arranged with extra fee but it was reasonable price.
The roof top bar food wasn’t as great as I expected. The drinks were nice though. Also, a little more attention in the pool area to make sure that towels are available for guests would be nice.
The Grand Executive Suite was exceptional, with incredible views and fabulous space. The hotel location, right beside the BTS was great and the breakfast choices were what can only be described as "insane"
Nothing, everything was perfect and the Sky Bar exceeded all expectations, the food, drinks and views were incomparable

Location proximity to public transit is excellent. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet allowing us a peaceful rest.
The carpet in the room was very worn giving an unclean appearance.
We opted to have breakfast included for our stay. While the buffet area was large with a lot of choices the quality was average at best. We found the hot selections to only be warm. Even the selected egg dishes arrived only slightly warm. I would suggest changing the format from having a host/hostess bring the egg choice to the table to having the patron wait for and receive the eggs hot! That way the patron can also coordinate their toast, bacon/meats and other accompaniments with receiving their eggs.
We really enjoyed having the cappuccino and latte makers for fresh coffees. However, this also needed to be adjusted so the milk is hotter. I tried to adjust the steam setting for the milk but it seemed to be locked.
So in short, improve quality control for quality dishes and try to keep the hot selections HOT. We felt overcharged for what was served.
