It was ok for one night but I would not stay there for longer
Pros:

Location is the best thing about this hotel. 3 huge EM malls are very close to the hotel. The bars inside the hotel are also great and the ambiance is nice. The staff is nice and friendly.

Cons:

1. The shower door was not locking properly so the floor outside of the shower was flooded after each shower session.
2. There was no hot water in the shower and since we stayed for only 1 night we decided not to make a big deal out of it and just showered in cold water.
3. There are no windows that you can open so the air inside of the room was very stuffy and there was an unpleasant smell.
4. We had dinner at the restaurant on the 7th floor and the quality of the food didn’t match the rating and the level of this hotel. We probably would be able to get much better quality for less money outside of the hotel.

Pros:

The location was fantastic, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was attentive and polite. The swimming pool was pleasant. I was only here for such a short stay that I missed out on trying the Vanilla Rooftop bar but based on everything else in the hotel I imagine it would be nice.

Over priced and false advertising substandard hotel would not recommend this hotel

The servuce was pathetic . For the price we paid to stay there for 8 days won’t be recommending this place to anyone pls go either to the intercontinental or any other better hotel we were so disappointed 8 days we paid upfront and it was a disaster absolutely what they advertised they are not it the service is like a 2-3 star hotel nothing better than that
