Cons:

o Gerente Claudio é arrogante e um péssimo profissional, mau educado e insatisfeito com o que faz, não buscou em nenhum momento ajudar o cliente e ainda houve o constrangimento de informar que a reserva mesmo com o recibo não havia sido pago, entrei em contato com a operadora para que eles assim falassem com este representante do LAGHETTO, lamentável.

Pros:

Excelente estrutura, localização, seguro, confortavel e ótimo café da manha. Equipe atenciosa e profissional. Fica proximo ao posto 7, excelente para quem quer curtir a Barra com restaurantes e supermercado por perto. Otimos quiosques de praia e boas ondas para surfar. Alem do movimentado calçadão e pista de bicicleta (Itau bike para turistas).

Cons:

A academia era pequena e com equipamentos quebrados (crossover). A localização pode não ser ideal para quem curte centros com lojas, etc, como Leblon/Ipanema. Para este publico, o inicio da Barra seria melhor. Outro ponto: a noite a região fica deserta, mas com transporte facil ao jardim oceanico por exemplo, que fica movimentado.

Excelente hotel de frente pra praia
Pros:

Quarto e banheiro espaçosos com linda vista do mar. Café da manhã excelente, inclusive o próprio café coado! Bolos molhadinhos, omelete e tapioca, bastante variedade e tudo gostoso. A academia atendeu bem, a internet era decente e os elevadores nunca demoravam.

Cons:

A cama é macia demais, a piscina pega sol praticamente só de manhã e demorava um bocado para o carro chegar do estacionamento, às vezes se o hóspede pudesse tirar o carro da garagem, ia ser mais rápido.

Great Stay!
Pros:

The hotel was as expected, the building, amenities, rooms and restaurante were very good. We went there with some friends for a short trip and we had a great experience overall.

Cons:

The bar on the rooftop was under construction, it would have been great to have that to enjoy the great view they have upstairs.
