Cons:

Fiz a reserva casal, com bebê. No checkin fui informado que migrou a reserva somente 01 pessoa. A recepção me cobrou adicional de 50% do valor da reserva original. R$1.050,00 no balcão.
Questionei mesmo que falar com uma pedra. Pedi pra falar com gerente. Deu nem confiança. Bando de arrogares e prepotentes, aproveitadores e má fé.

Cama afunda e travesseiros fedidos, velhos.

I would not stay here or recommend this place again.
Pros:

We paid for room service one night.

Cons:

The air conditioner would make loud noises and would constantly wake us up. The sink was clogged and it took them two days to fix it. The Ventilation was bad, the floor would become damp if the air conditioner was not running. They were not able to put us and our family close together even though we booked months ahead and requested for it.

Muy buen desayuno. Las instalaciones muy bien también.

Cons:

Las demoras gastronómicas que tiene. Hemos esperado hasta 1:20 para cenar dentro del hotel y mas de 30’ por unas papas fritas.
