O atendimento realizado pelos colaboradores., que realizam o check in,//check out, que também nos dao ao mesmo tempo informações importantes,nos ajudando e facilitando em muito a nossa estadia. Faço mensao ao restaurante do Hotel, cujo atendimento é de primeira linha,restaurante, tanto no cafe da manha (excelente), quanto no jantar.

Cons:

Do nao atendimento daqueles que sao responsaveis por atender o tópico relacionado atendimento ao cliente. Nao atendem aos nossos chamados telefonicos e muito menos sequer, responderam aos meus e-mail.
