Fomos muito bem atendidos em todos os quesitos.. tudo muito bom! Quarto confortável, recreação maravilhosa, café da manhã excepcional. Funcionários educados, prestativos, do manobrista a limpeza, tudo perfeito.

Cons:

Ponto negativo que não gostamos foi o fato de ter sempre funcionários abordando o tempo todo para participarmos de eventos para mostrar hotéis que estão sendo feitos.
O fato de ter somente um banheiro no quarto para 5 pessoas dificultou um pouco, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a hospedagem.

Pros:

Fomos em baixa temporada e estava cheio no fds. Adoramos a escolha, somos um casal com uma bebê de 1 ano e meio.

Ótimo custo benefício. Hotel completinho, a piscina menor é aquecida. Hidro, sauna, academia, rooftop. Tem brinquedoteca. Café da manhã muito bom (fazem tapioca e omeletes).

O atendimento é excelente, fizeram o possível pra atender nossos pedidos. Destaque para Camila, Matheus da recepção e Stephany do restaurante.

Me conseguiram um late checkout por não ter reserva posterior no quarto até as 14h. E você pode deixar as malas no maleiro e buscar depois.

Boa localização, em frente à praia. Não possuem serviço de praia, porém o quiosque a frente não cobrou taxa de uso nas cadeiras e nem mínimo de consumação.

Cons:

A hidro podia ter um sistema de agendamento para não ficar monopolizada

A recepção fica cheia no fim de semana, mas como temos preferencial, não foi um problema.

Breakfast: Staff, picking up plates, where too disturbing. example: while still eating at the table, staff were taking away plates whithout asking!! too disturbing!! Most IMPORTANT, which it is unacepptable. All staff at the restaurant DO NOT SPEAK , DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!! It is the international language please!! At that Hotel people all over the world pay for their stay: Russians, British, Germans, Argentinians, Noth americans. I could understand them due to my mother tongue spanish, and I could make some questions in portuguese, but SERIOUSLY, they should, the y must speak ENGLISH!!

Laghetto has an agreement with BOOKING .COM. Thats ok, mostly I book through that app. BUT....I have travelled around the world, if booking.com gives the possibility to PAY AT THE PROPERTY, then IT IS SO. At Laghetto Stilo Barra Hotel IT DID NOT WORK, for the first stay of a total of 7 NIGHTS. on my second reservation ( I created separate but it was booked dates in a row from first resrvation) it was also CHARGED ASAP, not only the same happened eventhough I clicked on PAY AT PROPPERTY, ..the worst think was at the front desk, they CHARGED ME AGAIN my SECOND STAY. I have realized once I checked my bank account. went back to the front desk, they did the Refund BUT..I dont think the employees, what kind of PROBLEM this could be for a tourist being abroad been charge double with the card!! yes, they appologizem but they ddi not show the concern about the problem!!!
