Piscina muito suja e poucos funcionários p atender na área...peguei 2 cervejas adulteradas no frigobar.

Lindas vacaciones
Pros:

El desayuno muy completo. Todo el personal siempre muy atentos.
Muy limpio los dormitorios, cerca está un shopping y supermercado tomando Uber

Cons:

A cama era confortável

Cons:

No primeiro contato a recepcionista pediu para ver a fatura do meu cartão para confirmar o pagamento. Nunca vi um hotel 4 estrelas fazer isso.
Minha fechadura precisou ser trocada duas vezes pois ela não abria o quarto e depois não trancava.
Fiquei 40 minutos preso no elevador e a solução do hotel foi despencar andar por andar até chegar no 0, por fim nem perguntaram se estávamos bem.

Highly disappointing stay marked by terrible room service, frustrating reception issues, noisy room
Pros:

Despite the service issues, the hotel's location is excellent, being just a short walk away from the beach. It was incredibly convenient to have such easy access to the shore and nearby coastal attractions throughout the day.

Additionally, the breakfast was a major highlight of the stay. There was a great variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared, which was a very pleasant start to the morning.

Cons:

My room service took over an hour and a half to arrive after being promised in 30 minutes, and no one answered the front desk or restaurant despite my multiple calls. Check-in was frustratingly slow as the staff struggled to find my reservation, and at check-out, they absurdly tried to charge me an extra fee until I showed proof of my Booking.com confirmation. To make matters worse, the room had a constant buzzing sound and significant street noise, making for a truly terrible stay.

No lo definiria así, simplemente si deseas solo estar en la playa en familia y con mucha tranquilidad recomiendo la ubicación. Pero si tu fin es hacer turismo tienes que ubicarte más a copacabana por la distancia .

Super sejour à Rio !!
Pros:

Hôtel très beau avec des équipements de qualité.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de très bonne qualité.
Le personnel est très chaleureux et toujours disponible.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux, avec un très grand choix d’aliments sucrés et salés.
Extérieur magnifique également, super attractif avec des enfants (piscine, aire de jeux)
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour !!!
