Mala relación precio calidad. Deben mejorar mantenimiento y atención al cliente.
Pros:

El desayuno es abundante y variado pero de calidad media baja. La ubicación es alejada del centro de Barra y de los restaurantes. Cerca hay solo dos

Cons:

El estado del mantenimiento del hotel, en la habitación todo estaba roto, flojo o sucio.
Ante mis reclamos no conseguí que hicieran nada.
En la entrada del hotel y el lobby siempre olor a cloacas.

Great location, good value
Pros:

The location was fantastic, and the hotel itself is quite new. The food was honestly great—I especially enjoyed the dinners at the restaurant.

Cons:

The only area that could use improvement is the staff. At times they seemed a bit inattentive, and you often had to ask for assistance. Another downside is the language barrier; it would be helpful if they could speak at least basic English.

Overall, a very pleasant stay with just a few areas to improve.

Hotel bem localizado, frente mar, ótima piscina, café da manhã excelente, quarto com padrão de qualidade.

Cons:

O restaurante do hotel é muito ruim, fora o café da manhã, que é excelente. Fizemos 2 refeições, um almoço e uma janta, no hotel/quarto e a comida deixou muito a desejar.

Todo muy bien. Entregan toallas para la piscina o para la playa. Buen detalle.
El balcón hacia el mar tenia una vista extraordinaria.

Cons:

No es una crítica, pero aclaro que el hotel estaen una zona residencial y elegante, lejos de zonas comerciales.
Si la habitación tiene vista al mar es un poco ruidosa la avenida, pero la vista vale la pena.
