La variedad del desayuno

Cons:

El sistema de facturación en la recepción. Después de insistirlesen varias ocasiones en la adquisición de mi factura, sigo peleando para puedan hacerla bien, no me consiguen ponerme el número de pasaporte, apesar de srr un requisito básico y fundamental para los viajeros que necesitan una justificación en los trámites de su entorno laboral. El formato de su facturación es bastante difuso y parece un simple albarán, les falta algo más para conseguir su máxima puntuación.

Localização excelente. Equipe sempre foi cordial, simpática e atenciosa. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Serviço de toalhas para a praia/piscina.

Edredom estava bem velho e com bolinhas. Poderiam disponibilizar um mercadinho self-service com alguns itens como absorventes, garrafas maiores de água, etc.

El hotel es excelente, cómodo, limpio, instalaciones nueva. Muy buena ubicación, excelente servicio de desayuno. Justo abajo en la playa hay un parador que te prestan las reposeras y sombrillas.

Cons:

Tanto a mi como a mi familia nos cobraron doble la reserva en la tarjeta “por error” (reservas diferentes), y al momento de reintegrar lo hicieron en menor % injustamente, no hubo respuesta favorable ante su error. Solo por esto no volvería al hotel y no lo recomendaría, ya que evidentemente es su método de estafa.

O hotel tem qualidade porém é muito desorganizado.

O Hotel é relativamente novo, tem boa estrutura, está bem localizado. Entretanto é muito desorganizado a nível operacional .

Cons:

Desorganização operacional. Fiquei mais de 45 minutos à espera na fila para fazer check in. E ao realizar o check in 45 minutos após o horário previsto em contrato que seria às 14h , o quarto ainda não estava preparado. Ou seja, ainda foi preciso aguardar mais um período. Durante a madrugada ouvia-se muito barulho como se estivessem batendo à minha porta.
