Great location with bad facilities for value
Pros:

It was in a good decent location and had parking with elevators that lead to room except parking is extra fee

Cons:

The restroom floor was sticky and the shower head was dirty also the sink stopper was broken and I had to mess with it to fix and the breakfast was expensive I wouldn’t recommend, I wish I would’ve payed more for a better hotel

It was lovely and this is my new favorite LA hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and the server was amazing (I really wish I remembered her name, she made the experience worth mentioning in a review)! The room was comfortable and quiet, our cat loved the view and the space to run and play. All of the staff were lovely. The location was safe and the hotel always smelled divine (my friend wanted to know what scent was used). I always tend to get sick from how dry the AC makes the rooms, but that's happened at every Hilton in LA so far. I will definitely be using this Hilton for my regular visits to LA. I was also so appreciative of the safe parking garage as I like to bring my car with me.

Cons:

I wish the check-in process was a bit more thorough. The site told me that having my cat would be $75 for up to four nights, but the lady at the desk said $75 per night. That gave me some anxiety during my stay. But this is no fault of the front desk staff! I believe they just wanted to get me checked in after a long two days of travel and were being as transparent as possible in case I misunderstood - the cost wound up being $75 total, so it turned out alright. If this was the only downside, I'd say everything turned out well.

Overall a great stay and located within walking distance of many restaurants.
Pros:

Very clean, nice staff

Cons:

The only thing I would recommend is to change out the bath towels. You can almost see through them. Obviously due to the many washings. I experienced this at another Hilton hotel in NY.

I loved my stay at this hotel
Pros:

I loved the bar and the cleanliness of the room!
the staff was nice and accommodating

Cons:

The elevator was too far from room and the closet way to access it was stairs
which is a hassle
