When checking out I enjoyed talking to Mrs. Christine Robinson and I appreciated how the check out process was with her
The check in process was not as pleasant as the checkout process
We stayed here one night. The hotel was nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We slept through breakfast so I can’t speak on the breakfast. My only pet peeve is that my Hilton Diamond status was not acknowledge. Also, according to the MyWay benefits, Homewood Suites are supposed to give 2 bottles of water and 1 featured snack. I’m noticing that some Homewood Suites adhere and some do not. We only received the 2 bottles of water and nothing else. Also, what’s the point of requesting a digital key if the front desk doesn’t activate it which results in you having to go to the desk and get physical keys?
My advise would be to train staff to recognize Hilton Honor members and adhere to the welcome drinks and snacks per Hilton’s My Way benefits.
Other than that, I would stay again. Those things I mentioned aren’t deal breakers just suggestions for improvement.
Great renovated hotel that provides amazing service. Hotel is VERY clean, staff is beyond friendly and makes you feel like family. Highly recommended and cant wait for another visit soon.

the breakfast was not very good
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Parking was a bit challenging. It was hard to tell which exit should be used to get to one’s car. The bathroom shower was in need of some repairs.
The property was a bit tired and the shower wand holder was broken. Water everywhere.
Odd layout of the room
and strange lighting….a bit hard to see. Can’t pinpoint the issue but strange ~ type of lights used perhaps.
We did report the issue with the shower but this was a disaster waiting to happen for people with mobility issues. Seems like it would behove the property engineer to do a regular check of the rooms;especially the rooms for guests with mobility issues.
The young man on the evening shift gave us the impression that he really did not care about us as guests checking in.
The woman at the front desk in AM was welcoming, attentive and effervescent. She is a gem. Refreshing.
Breakfast was fine.
The property was close to the venue that we needed to be at, the entire area was clean. The staff was very accommodating and nice. The rooms were comfortable and well kept to let off a little steam. They had a basketball court and even basketball if you could check out. Christine at the desk was super nice very professional very personable and super accommodating. She deserves five stars and a huge raise she is amazing. I would stay there again just because of her wonderful smile, demeanor, and professionalism.
The property was perfect. There are no dislikes.
Hotel overall was great starting with the quick check in, the room was very clean and looked just like the pictures, breakfast was good.
The wonderful lady at the front- she definitely is the best at making you feel right at home.

The hotel very clean. I stayed in the King Studio room. Very spacious! The staff was polite. I enjoyed ☺️ staying @ Homewood. I will definitely stay again.
