As always the experience was so special..

I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years.. the service quality was great and steady throughout all these years...

everything was perfect.. the location, the reception, the concierge, the housekeeping, the rooms, the resturant, the rooftop swimming pool and coffee shop, the gym and the parking area...

I always enjoyed "the Chocolate
Hour" at 5 pm everyday.

All staff members were friendly and helpful...

Special thanks to Hana, Dana, Jana, Hasan and laith from the reception..
Also Rawah from guest relations..
Also Ayman from the concierge and Hayah and Mujahed from the restaurant.
