Pros:

The breakfast was very tasty. Staff was very nice.
Fridge in the room was appreciated.

Cons:

The room and decor need updating.
Bathrooms are tired.
Noisy in the morning due to doors banging.
Expensive for a basic room.

Clean, convenient and friendly staff.
Pros:

Room was clean and a nice size. Loved the smart tv and the ability to connect to our subscriptions .

Cons:

Only complaint would be the pool area. The temperature inside the pool area was extremely hot.

Pros:

Chambre propre. Bon déjeuner, mais pas beaucoup de choix sous les 16$ du coupon déjeuner. Point positif: le restaurant est aussi une boulangerie et ils font leur propre pain

Cons:

La température ambiante dans la salle de la piscine intérieure est beaucoup trop élevée! De même que la température de l’eau du spa

Cons:

Bonjour MR.
Lors de ma réservation j’avais réserver une chambre avec deux lit double.
Après avoir été vérifier la chambre.Je retourne à la réception pour dire au responsable que ce n’étais ça que j’avais réserver.
Il me proposais une petite chambre avec un petit lit double avec un poêle et un frigidaire.
Après plusieurs minutes de discutions avec la personne du lobby il n’a pas été possible de faire changer de chambre.
Il me dit que ce n’étais pas de la faute de l’hôtel que c’étais la faute de Bouking.com
Et si je voulais changer il fallait que je cancelle la chambre proposer.Et de faire une demander de remboursement.

Fait à noter la personne responsable du lobby à été extrêmement gentil et d’une grande patience.

Staff nice, location good, doing construction, hard to find entrance.
Pros:

Close to where we were headed, staff was nice. Coffee shop nice for breakfast.

Cons:

Noted construction, had difficulty finding entrance. Older furniture and amenities.

A disappointing stay with the only consolation of very pleasant staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was not fully covered by voucher

Cons:

The room 302, was dingy, badly maintained and badly needed decorating for the price paid it was a huge disappointment. I could not recommend this to my friends or family.

We got good value for what we expected.
Pros:

We appreciated the breakfast coupons and the breakfast was just delicious!
All staff were super friendly and helpful too! The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Even though the hotel as a facility was very dated, and is due for a makeover it still had much interesting character!

Cons:

I’d say a detrimental effect was the not very welcoming scent of the old elevator.
