Pros:

Everything was clean and well maintained and it’s really handy to have coffee available 24 seven in the lobby. I never trust machines in the room.

Cons:

I guess I would have to say there should be more parking and easier entrance than all three hotels using one entrance

Hampton Inn is one of the reliable hotels in Thunder Bay, offering good comfort and value.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean, and up-to-date.

Cons:

The road leading to the hotel, which runs between this hotel and another, is in terrible condition. It makes for a bad first impression for anyone visiting the hotel, but the problem is obviously with the city, not the hotel.
