Ottimo soggiorno, consigliato!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato molto bene. Lo staff è stato davvero gentilissimo e disponibile, l'edificio storico è molto carino e curato e la posizione è comodissima per muoversi a piedi.

Unico piccolo neo: si sentiva un po' di rumore la sera.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Jeder Mitarbeiter war steht’s aufrichtig freundlich und hat uns bei allen Anfragen unterstützt. Da die Klimaanlagen nicht richtig funktionierte wurde uns bereits vorab ein kostenloses Storno angeboten welches wir jedoch ablehnten da die Temperatur in Ordnung war. Daraufhin wurde uns von selbst ein Rabatt gegeben was mMn nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Simply the best hotel I have stayed in in Europe and I have been to many places. Value for money, amazing location, awesome room, spotless clean. Staff very friendly and kind. Few steps to piazza Della Signoria and palazzo Vecchio.
