Sognare di tornare a Firenze
Pros:

La struttura molto bella curata benissimo fino le scelte dei saponi. Belli ambienti bel progetto tra storico e contemporaneo.posizione super in centro storico. Staff molto molto gentile specialmente Signor Angelo la persona di grande cultura e empatia. Ottimo per viaggiare da soli, in coppia opure con gruppo di amici. Pulizie ottime. Qualita prezzo giusta. Tornero volentierissimo !

Hotel molto centrale
Pros:

Hotel che abbiamo scelto per una serata da trascorrere al teatro Verdi. in realtà, l'hotel è situato a 400 metri dal teatro ed è in pieno centro, vicinissimo a Piazza signoria, circondata di negozi e ristoranti. La reception è situata al primo piano ( segnaliamo una rampa senza ascensore), il personale è molto gentile ed accogliente. siamo stati subito sorpresi dal upgrade gratuito che c'è stato offerto. La camera che ci è stata assegnata, la 104, era grande, luminosa, e recentemente ristrutturata. Ci è piaciuta molto. Le finestre hanno assorbito bene i rumori della strada esterna e gli scuri hanno contribuito alla intimità della Camera. Ottima la pulizia. Trattandosi di un hotel con sole nove camere, la colazione è molto minimal. In conclusione, ci torneremo sicuramente

This was a very last minute booking and it was wonderful. The staff are very friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We would definitely book this hotel again if we were in Florence.

Відмінне місцерозташування. У день нашого заїзду співробітник на ресепшн забезпечив нам дуже гостинний прийом: відповів на всі запитання,допоміг з багажем,пригостив кавою. Це завдало нам настрій на весь час перебування в готелі.

Right in the middle of everything
Pros:

Great location. Very unique hotel, just a front door with stairs up to the rooms. Enjoyed the friendly staff.

Cons:

Not really a breakfast available till after 8am.

Very nice, warm and memorable.
Pros:

The hotel is an antique building. It´s beautiful and the room is very confortable.

Cons:

They have a simple breakfast. And the elevator doesn´t reach the ground floor.
