Wife had to scrub the door, drawers, bathtub and sink. Refigerator needs defrosting. won't be back,

It is better than the hotel next door. I got the two confused and mistakenly booked there.

Price and location were important. Bed & restroom were clean. Carpet not so much.

The staff was friendly, the important stuff was clean and it was quiet and next door to a good Mexican Restaurant.

Cons:

I think the place could use a little updating to be rated higher. Carpet could have been cleaner.

Needs LOTS of updates. Couch was old and stained. Carpet was stained. Smells like an animal had been in there using the bathroom.

Would rather have downstairs and boat parking. I'm 66 and stairs aren't easy for me.

Cons:

It is a rundown motel on a concrete slab. Not a tree or grass anywhere. The large sign looks bleached to the point you cant read that side. Office is a dump. The picture on your site totally misleads. Don't you guys inspect these places?
