Quarto com infiltrações de água no teto e pelo ar condicionado. Baratas passeando pelo banheiro. Chuveiro fraco. Fios mal emendados, com risco de pane elétrica. Apesar dos esforços da equipe em agradar, o hotel tem aspecto de largado.

O hotel está passando por reformas, e os novos quartos que estão bem organizadinhos. Mas no nosso, tivemos problemas com a central de ar duas vezes, e tiveram de nos trocar de quarto. Mas fora isso, sem mais problemas. A equipe que trabalha lá é bem de boa, e a localização é ótima.

L'hôtel est bien placé, à 15 minutes à pieds du centre historique et de l'opéra, en cas de chaleur, la climatisation est très bruyante.

Hotel atendeu as expectativas, atendentes atenciosos... Recomendo

Hotel limpo e confortável. É no centro alto, não fica no meio da bagunça. Os funcionários são ótimos, ambiente familiar.
Só precisa pedir um quarto com ar condicionado silencioso.

Bom, gostei do atendimento do segundo horario, atendentes bem atenciosos. quarto não é igual das fotos, mais supriu a necessidade.

O hotel é bem simples e pelo preço vale a pena. Não procure conforto. O atendimento dos funcionários foi o diferencial do hotel, sempre puderam me ajudar.

Stayed before going to the Amazon jungle one night and coming back one night. The bed and pillow and sheets were the worst I have ever had anywhere and I travel a lot on the first night. They also have no hot water which they don't tell you. Coming back since I was already booked, I told them I would stay if they had better pillows and beds and hot water. That's when I found out there is no hot water, not just in my room. They found me a pillow that was not hard as a rock and I am not exaggerating, it was like a throw pillow wrapped in heavy fake leather covering. They throw the sheets on the bed for you to make and no blanket at all. You wouldn't need the blanket but you either have the air on or off and it's hot with it off, but freezing with it on. I slept better in the jungle in a hammock, the people are very nice and try to be helpful in other ways. If they would do something about the water, I would be happy with Luke warm and the beds and pillows, I would give them a high rating. Well, also the bar across the street plays loud music too, so maybe a medium high rating.

The gentleman that runs this little place was so helpful. Had to write this review for him. The place is very simple but you can't beat the price, and it's within walking distance to Manaus moderna and other Manaus sites.

Lizards on the walls. Poor wifi. Bad lock at doors
