The room was not ready at check-in, and the reception failed to inform guests about the breakfast schedule, which differs between weekdays and weekends. As a result, we missed breakfast during the weekdays. The room was not cleaned. We left our towels on the floor expecting them to be replaced, but when we came back the room was still not cleaned and the towels were still dirty on the floo

Helpful staff, cleanliness, ideal location, excellent breakfast, good shower, quiet room

Cons:

Problems with room heating first night but sorted for second night
We would prefer to come by car and next time will try the parking arrangement with Sainsburys

Relaxing, very attentive warm staff and wonderful nights sleep.
Pros:

Fabulous large and comfortable room. Lovely warm staff.

Wonderful
Pros:

Very central which is what we wanted.

Cons:

Unfortunately with it being Christmas/New Year the restaurant/bar wasn’t fully available. This is fine but not informed beforehand. Our TV didn’t work properly and the kettle didn’t switch off.
