Staff were excellent
"hot" breakfast was cold every day.
Rooms no longer get changed or serviced. There is a card in the room which says the rooms gets done every three days which didn't happen. Queried this at reception and was told only when you ask for it. Not great when the room only has one toilet roll and two coffee pods for a five night stay.
Hospitality is top notch. The breakfast buffet is delicious and Olga will get you taken care of!
It's a place I keep returning to as I like the location and the hotel in its entirety.

The hotel is great for shopping in Kingston as it’s just across the road from the Bentall’s centre. Meet some fantastic staff here. Aiden in the bar and restaurant was outstanding and so friendly. Breakfast was made very special by Olga she worked so hard clearing tables but had time to stop and ask if you needed anything. I had the most perfect poached eggs for breakfast. The menu for room service, bar and the restaurant is the same menu and very limited but the food was good.
The only issue we had with the hotel was the parking. On the website there is two areas that mention parking and both have a different postcode. We picked one of the postcodes and parked at Seven Kings multi storey. At check in I saw details of parking for £8.50 for 24hrs so asked if I needed to give the reg number in for my car. I was informed that it was a QR code you needed to use once you had parked in Sainsbury’s just down the road. I went and moved my car to Sainsbury’s but I had only been in the car park just over an hour and had to pay £4 but if I had stayed the 24hr it would have cost me £32. The hotel needs to update their website.
Staying here was a great experience for our first visit to London. The front desk was exceptionally accommodating for us when we needed to extend a late check out and gave us refund when we ended up checking out early. They also held our luggage so we could explore the city for the day before our flight. It made the trip so easy and the hotel was able to make it possible.
I’d like to make particular comment regarding the outstanding customer service in the restaurant. Olga was a bright, friendly, helpful lady who’s personality truly lit up the room. She is a credit to the Hilton Hotel.
