The location of the room was great overlooking a quiet leafy street. It was remarkably quiet apart from the occasional train passing. Buffet breakfast was most enjoyable. All things considered it was an enjoyable stay.
Having to actively opt in for room service doesn't really go with the standard of hotel - it should be actively opt out. Bed mattress a little hard for us both

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The beds are comfy, lovely shower, clean rooms, quiet cleaners, no banging doors, helpful and friendly staff. Great central location. Would highly recommend.
