Vandtemperaturen var yderst svær at indstille.
Staff was wonderful and location was good. Room was nice size for the price but dated. Room smelled musty but has to be because of the area and weather. Was a good place to call home base while we stayed in Sapa since you dont go there to spend time in the room anyway.
We were touring around Vietnam and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. We arrived in on the 6am sleeper bus from Hanoi and the allowed us to check in straight away to freshed up before our day trekking without any extra charge. They showed us 2 rooms and let us choose which one we wanted. Both had very good views and both were spacious and clean. The breakfast (included) was decent and the staff were very polite and friendly. They helped us book our ticket back to Hanoi. Would definitely stay here again.
Room-For the budget, the room is spacious with a balcony. Sapa was cold in January. Heater is not strong to warm the room. Shower heater take some time to heat up and can only last a shower of about 10-15minutes before it runs out of hot water. It was freezing cold on my first night with no extra heater provided and cold shower water and we requested for an extra blanket. To add on to the bad night, at 3 plus am, loud sound was heard outside my hotel room. People shouting and smashing things. No idea what was happening as they were shouting in viet and we do not dare to step out of the room.
Location - Location is good. Doorstep to every thing. It's along the main street of sapa town and real close to the town square and many popular food restaurants.
Service staff - Hotel owner speak very good english and he is very helpful. However, Most of the staff only know little English. When we were freezing cold and called the reception for help to get an additional heater, they can't seems to understand and in the end we just requested for a blanket. As there is no rubbish bin in the room, we pack our rubbish in a plastic bag and left it at the front of the room. However when we are back the next day, the trash was not cleared.
Hotel Breakfast - Limited variety and same for both days when I stayed. But what else can you expect from such a budget?
We got upgraded for free :) We push an extra night stay there and the staff were very helpful.
I booked day tour from the hotel is was on 15 USD (way cheaper than online). Upon arrival from the tour they offered me a room for shower & rest while waiting for the van to drop us to Lao Chai train station.
The staff is very friendly & always smiling. Throughout my stay in Sapa i realized that the local's all well as the staffs are very welcoming & approachable. Their willingness for learning really inspired me.
Very nice. Excellent staff. Worth more than what we paid.
My husband and I stayed here last month and couldn't have bee nor happier. The staff and the location are perfect. We had a room with a view and it did not disappoint. We would not hesitate to come back.
booked & paid, but end up could not stay, but hotel seems nice enough
Stayed for 3 nights from 07 to 10 Jun 2017
Location is Great, just beside busy street where u can find Shops & Eateries. 10 minutes walk to church, 15 minutes walk to Lake

Sapa is becoming more developed. This hotel has great staff and my room was quite large.
Mountain view not very good. Cannot see valley. Hotels further down the road has unobstructed view of valley n hotel.
Very satisfactory, good location for eating and shopping, worth the price, It is not on the main road, hence it is very quiet during the night.
We Stayed here for 3 nights, it's a new hotel at great location. I managed to book 1 night Deluxe Mountain View and the rest 2 nights City View because it was not available at Hotel.com, however was given a complimentary free upgrade on arrival. Our room on 4th floor with a large window and a small balcony with amazing view of the surround mountains. The room is extremely spacious and clean with comfortable bedding, good WIFI but lighting a bit dim. The location is great at the back of Cau May Street so it's quiet and convenient just 1-2 mins walk to restaurant and shops. The staff were friendly, especially Mr Linh was helpful. If you're visiting Sapa, I definitely recommend you to stay here.
Set back from the road, this hotel is lovely and quiet. The streets of Sapa can be very noisy. Our room was quite large and comfortable. The staff can book tours etc. The breakfast was very good and the staff serving were great.
Wow! This was by-far the best stay we had in Vietnam (3 people). The space was massive, the beds were comfortable, the view was BREATHTAKING, and the location was very convenient. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. At one point I had to make a call to a Ha Noi number and the staff offered me his personal cellphone (using his minutes). The complimentary breakfast was also top-notch, featuring the standard continental selection and pho.
Very nice staff and beautiful hotel. Remodel recently. We stayed there for 3 nights.
The breakfast is very good! And the view from the mountain view room is beautiful.
I would give them more rating if it hadn't been for the bad experience we had with the toilet when we checked in. It had stuff on the seat and back cover, we rang the front desk the cleaner came with a big dry towel and just wiped it all over the seat and back, I said get some disinfectant to clean it with but I had to say it so many times before she went out to get it but she squirted it inside the bowl instead of the seat and back so I took it off her and cleaned it myself but the headhouse keeper came running in and took it back, so this gives me an impression that they were operating on a tight budget.
The same day I tried to use the kettle but the inside fell out and it was all rusty inside, this is supposed to be a new hotel but kettle fell apart after two months?? They were very apologetic and gave us two fresh fruit bowls, this is an excellent gesture.
Our last morning we decided to sleep in a bit and came down for breakfast at 8.30am but there was no food left so we had toast and asked for an egg as there was no marmalade or jam supplied. We asked the waiter to fill up the coffee jug as there was none left, he took it to the kitchen but brought it back empty so we had to have the weak and cold tea, which we couldn't drink.
I think he was told not to fill it up but they could have offered to makes us two cups.
