Pros:

Walking distance to great restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice window and view.

Cons:

Only one cup provided and no plates and bowls in our room.

もう少し普通のホテル的なイメージだった。部屋写真が出てなかった。
Cons:

浴室付を選んだのに給湯温度が低過ぎて、とても寒かった。高齢なのでスーツカバンを持って2階への登り下りが大変だった。また部屋には、椅子もなく座り辛かった。

Pros:

Chose this property due to its affordability and proximity to the Hishino Tomamu ski resort. It’s not luxurious by any stretch but very functional, clean, and with friendly staff that works hard to please. Meals were good (Japanese fare) and transportation was great. Temperatures were well below zero Celsius but room was warm with very comfortable bedding.

Cons:

Bathroom (private) was cramped but functional. Had to search for outlets to plug in devices for charging.
