Guter Aufenthalt für ein Kurztrip in den Schwarzwald.
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffett ist einfach, aber ok.
Haus schön eingerichtet mit viel Holz, gemütlich.
Auch sehr gut dass das Restaurant abends geöffnet ist.

Cons:

WLAN funktioniert nur unten in der Lobby. Es gibt auch kein Telefonnetz.

Das Hotel ist toll eingerichtet mit sehr viel Geschmack, ein echter "Hingucker".

Cons:

Personal sehr freundlich, da hätte ich mir noch etwas mehr an Engagement gewünscht. Die Bar wurde nur auf Anfrage geöffnet.

Mit wenig Aufwand könnte viel mehr aus dem Hotel rausgeholt werden. Zimmer sind tiptop. Praktisch, geräumig und gross genug. Es sind genügend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden und auch die Busstation ist direkt vor dem Haus.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist gut, aber sehr lieblos. Nicht mal das Besteck und die Serviette ist eingedeckt. Man muss alles selbst holen, auch keine Produkte aus der Region sondern es wirkt alles wie vom Grossmarkt - lieblos, einfallslos. Warum heisst es Kräuter-Chalet? Ich merke nichts von Kräutern! Wie wäre es mit dem Hauseigenen Kräutertee, Kräuter-Apéro, Kräuteraufstrich...
Kaum W-LAN Empfang kann mal schön sein, aber je nach Zweck des Aufenthalts auch echt mühsam.

Precioso hotel en plena Selva Negra. La decoración nos gustó mucho. La habitación tenía una terraza con vista al campo que era una maravilla.
Habitación amplia y cómoda. El personal fue muy agradable.El restaurante también esta bien.

Cons:

El desayuno aunque no estaba mal, podría haber sido más variado.
