Personalet var ekstremt flinke og imødekommende

Cons:

Af en eller anden grund er der rampe op til lobbyen, samt elevator fra 1. Sal - men vi måtte bære vores barnevogn fra lobby til førstesal.. det var selv sagt langt under forventning

Hotel in Ordnung. Umgebung nicht wirklich zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Sauberes Hotel. Personal und Service gut.

Cons:

Parkplätze waren am Hotel vorhanden, wurden aber nicht vermietet. Mussten unser Auto in einer Nebenstraße parken. Nicht angemeldete und Unfallfahrzeuge um das Hotel. Macht keinen guten Eindruck.
Busse fahren unpünktlich oder ausgefallen.

Bellissimo hotel!
Pros:

Albergo molto bello ed accogliente, dotato di tutti i confort e pulito, ottime birre al bar

Cons:

Posizione non centrale e in una zona non molto servita ma comunque collegata con i pullman, camera non ben illuminata
