Sehr gutes Hotel im Industriegebiet mit Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ziemlich groß, hell, sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine wechselnde Auswahl bei den warmen Gerichten.

Cons:

Die Lage war im Industriegebiet mit Baustellen und unangenehmen Gerüchen außenherum. Dafür gab es eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Die Sportgeräte im Fitnessraum waren z. T. sehr veraltet und nicht funktional. Im Bad gab es zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten und eine bessere Belichtung vor dem Spiegel im Zimmer wäre gut gewesen.

Für den Preis für eine Nacht, könnte besser sein.
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage des Hotels. Es lag sehr nah an dem Ort, den wir besuchen mussten. Außerdem war alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Bett war gemütlich.

Cons:

Eine Wasserflasche zur Begrüßung wäre eine nette Aufmerksamkeit gewesen. Im Zimmer war es leider sehr warm. Zwar stand ein Ventilator bereit, dessen Stecker war jedoch beschädigt und daher nicht nutzbar(Foto füge ich bei). Die Lüftung war zudem sehr laut, sodass wir sie zum Schlafen ausschalten mussten. Dadurch war der Aufenthalt leider weniger komfortabel als erwartet.

Es war eine Erfahrung wert jedoch würde ich es nicht nochmal buche.

Das es keine Klimaanlage gab, die Lage war nicht sehr gut und das Personal konnte kaum deutsch

Pros:

Da es für uns ein zwischen Stopp auf dem Weg in Urlaub nach Dänemark war,sind wir zufrieden gewesen das Preisleistungsverhältnis hat gepasst. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Bus sind über die Straße "drei bis fünf Stationen und man ist in der City von Hamburg" und braucht keine Auto.

Cons:

Wir waren schon in eigenen Hotels gewesen,so eine Flasche Wasser auf den Zimmern zu Begrüßung wäre schön und man sollte die Schläuche von den Duschen überprüfen, bei uns war dieser schon defekt.
