Cons:

We checked in on Thursday and housekeeper didn’t come clean not one day.. we had to ask for clean wash cloth and towels..

The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, which led to a significant delay of over 20 minutes for my check-in. During the process, my driver's license was requested but never returned. It was evident that the staff member couldn’t focus on a single task while handling so many at once, resulting in the loss of my license. I called the front desk the following day for assistance, but they never returned my call.

It a good stay and the best place to get your money’s worth.

Property was clean, staff were amazingggggggggg !!!!
Everything from the early check in to late checkout processes were smooth! Facility smelled very good when you walk in ! Didn’t catch breakfast because beds were too comfortable to get out of 😂😂 but yes this property was a 10/10 and I will stay here again. And again, the staff were very polite and accommodated all of my needs. I love them so muchhhhhh 💕💕💕

I liked the location to the beach. It was easy to travel to restaturants and shopping. I like that breakfast was offered but breakfast needs some improvement.

Cons:

The mattress and pillows are horrible!!!! especially for customers with back/spine issues. The water in the bathroom sink took approximately 20 minutes to get HOT. I asked management about the problem with the water, and I was told it takes a while for the water to get hot and then it has to travel from the other side of the hotel to the side where we were staying. The operations manager did say she had someone coming to try and fix this problem. The shower, however, was wonderful.

The breakfast was medicore. I am still not sure what kind of eggs were being served. One morning, the coffee was luke warm.

It was a pleasure stay. The room was clean and the location was great. The breakfast was really good. The service desk person was really friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.
