The guy who was on duty in the afternoon was super friendly and helpful. He kept the areas clean. Everything was great!

I liked the location to the beach. It was easy to travel to restaturants and shopping. I like that breakfast was offered but breakfast needs some improvement.
The mattress and pillows are horrible!!!! especially for customers with back/spine issues. The water in the bathroom sink took approximately 20 minutes to get HOT. I asked management about the problem with the water, and I was told it takes a while for the water to get hot and then it has to travel from the other side of the hotel to the side where we were staying. The operations manager did say she had someone coming to try and fix this problem. The shower, however, was wonderful.
The breakfast was medicore. I am still not sure what kind of eggs were being served. One morning, the coffee was luke warm.

It was a pleasure stay. The room was clean and the location was great. The breakfast was really good. The service desk person was really friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.
The water wasn't that hot.
We had the most enjoyable stay at this hotel. We were there for two birthday celebrations. Our hotel accommodations were exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. We were treated like VIPs from the moment we checked in until we checked out. King, the front desk hotel clerk, went beyond and above customer service etiquette.
This hotel is located near restaurants and the mall.
Location was very good for attending the baseball tournament. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fine - typical of a hotel.
The only issue was noise from car traffic. I stayed on the first floor, and the hotel is close to major road. That said, it wasn't so bad that it prevented sleeping.

Was here for a business trip for 5 nights. We had a great stay. Front desk is helpful, pleasant and polite. Shout out to Clay who an awesome guy. Walls are a little thin but not disruptive. Will stay again for sure.

Booking.com confirmed my two night reservation which I paid for online through Booking. During my second day stay the front desk called and said they were only tracking us staying one night and Booking only paid them for one night. They said not to use Booking in the future and make reservations directly through Marriott because they have had this problem before. I had to pay the hotel for a second night that I had already paid Booking for. Now the hotel tells me it is up to me to contact Booking to get reimbursed for my double payment. The hotel said they got the runaround from booking and kept getting passed around to different people without any resolution. Lesson learned: Never use Booking.com again.
Also, this is the first time in all of my years of traveling I had to pay for parking, $10 a night, to use the hotel’s parking lot. I am a Merriott Bonvoy member and I was disappointed that the owner of this hotel is taking advantage of me and other customers just to put a little more money in his pocket.
I am also a Hilton Honors member and I normally use Hampton Inn which is generally a positive experience. I should have used the local Hampton Inn that has similar rates and offers a much better experience. Hampton’s breakfast is first class while this Fairfield I am starting at had one of its two Belgium Waffle makers out of order. People were lined up and frustrated by the wait to use the single one that worked. It’s the little things that matter and distinguish the Hampton Inn’s above the Fairfield Inns.
