Overall, I had a wonderful stay for baseball tournament and would definitely stay there again

Cons:

The parking was pretty tight and difficult to maneuver, and I felt that hotel shouldn’t have charged for parking

Great location, comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was our first time staying at Springhill in Issaquah and was recommended by our daughter who had stayed there in the past. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Cons:

The pay for parking might discourage some travelers.

We checked in 4 pm 3/13 and were told there was no power. The clerk mentioned power should be on in 2 hours. My family and I sat in the dark ate dinner in the dark there was no heat and no way to charge phones until 2 am 3/14. I would like a partial refund since I feel I was over charged and did not get the full experience. If I would have know that we’d be sitting in the cold dark we could have just stayed in our vehicle.

Cons:

The fact that there was no power and I was charged 206$ just to basically sit in dark and cold.

Pros:

We live in Issaquah but needed to stay at the hotel for a couple of nights, and it was a great experience! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. There’s a small pool and a nice breakfast, which made our stay even better. I also really like the location, close to grocery stores and the historic downtown area. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay!

Overall an excellent stay - would recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Loved the room and fridge/microwave/coffee maker. Very comfortable to stay. Bathroom was also excellent and bed was comfortable and well dressed. Also, loved the covered parking!

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better was tv placement in room, though in order to watch from bed or sofa, it pretty much had to be where it was. The problem was that it couldn't turn far enough towards either for optimum viewing. The view was good only from one end of the sofa and one side of the bed.

Pros:

The rooms are well appointed and very quiet. Even with lots of kids and families in the place, and a busy weekend, we were not at all disturbed.

Cons:

The breakfast bar ran out of fresh fruit on the second morning.
