How clean the room was.

Room a little small with only one chair.
The front desk staff was friendly. Location was safe.
Cleanliness was severely lacking, with large, obvious stains on curtains, lamp shades, and chairs. Even after switching rooms, there was silly string caked onto the walls and nail polish on the desk.

Pool was filthy nasty, mattress was hard, showers need more water pressure and extended shower
Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Property was clean.
The only thing I wish was that there was stores in walking distance, but they did have a small section to but snack and drink so that helped .
Great property for meetings and work visit to Waxahachie.

The property was surprisingly clean and very quiet. The water temperature and pressure was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious especially the Texas shaped waffles!

Our initial contact upon arrival was with the front desk manager, I'm guessing at his title. Extremely friendly man...Next-up was a very friendly lady who did the actual check-in. We arrived an hour Before the 3PM check-in, but she allowed us to check in anyway. She was so friendly, helpful, cheerful...What a breath of fresh air!!! Unfortunately, we didn't ask her name or look too closely at her name tag. She helped us with a recommendation of where to order pizza from & gave us great directions to get around Waxahachie, TX. BUT, THE BEST PART: She allowed us to gather w/family in the hotel lobby & partake of some wine.
We were in Waxahachie for a niece's wedding and afterwards, many of us gathered in the hotel lobby!!! Will definitely stay here again!!
Gave my room to a stranger and fumbled around trying to figure out how to fix it. No parking available thanks to them letting trucks with trailers block an extra 15 -20 parking spots. Still getting emails addressed to the stranger they gave my room to. Didn’t seem to care or want to fix it financially, even when they received $2000 from me for multiple rooms
Very nice & clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again!
Good location, bad service, gave my room away to another person with my same last name. Couldn’t figure it out and I sat there for 30 minutes while they call around to someone with a clue and now I get follow up emails addressed to the wrong person that took my room but sent to my email. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Just run down with poor service for someone paying $2000 for multiple rooms.
They didn’t give us clean towels and take out the trash
