The lighting in the bathroom was not great. Very hard to see anything in the bathroom mirror. Over shower in the bath was tricky and grout in shower needed a good clean

Спочатку нам дали номер, який був з прохідними дверями в інший чужий номер. Сам номер не відповідав фото під час бронювання, був маленький і тісний, знаходився за якимись господарськими дверями. Ми наполягли щоб нас переселили. Оскільки було жарко, важко було знову носити валізи туди сюди. Нам запропонували номери в корпусі поряд. Вікна та жалюзі не можна було відкривати, щоб не дивитись на будівництво прямо за підвіконням, що також нас засмутило і ми сказали про це на ресепшені. Нам пообіцяли кращий номер - завтра. Тож втретє довелось тягати валізи по сходах, бо не навколо був ліфт. Отже нам дали номер вищої категорії делюкс де ми і провели наступні 2 ночі. Ми звісно дякуємо за це, але стільки суєти скільки нам доставило переїзжання в номери, прохання поміняти номери, носіння валіз, наврядчи перекриються номером вищої категорії, в якому також були нюанси з сантехнікою. Зі старого душа ледь лилася тепла вода, тонким струменем. Але ми з розумінням прийняли цей досвід, бо цей готель не для нас. Сніданки не дуже сподобались, кава не смачна. Щодо меню в ресторані, де ми вечеряли, кухня нецікава, задорого для такого асортименту. Спа дороге. В малесенькому спортзалі немає кондиціонеру, тож
довго займатись там не змогли. Після цього готелю ми поіхали по узбережжю і в найняли апартаменти де нарешті відпочили.
This hotel has a lot of potential, the building, the rooms and location is beautiful.
The reception team were friendly and accommodating, but the bar and restaurant staff let the experience down, service was slow and clearly under-trained. It made what should have felt like a premium stay feel more budget than expected. We ended up eating out and visiting beach clubs instead of spending most of our time at the hotel, as we’d originally planned.
It was very easy to find by car and has its own car park. The views from the room was breathtaking. The pool was a lovely place to relax after the heat of sightseeing. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.
My friend and I arrived after an early morning flight from Gatwick to be greeted by a glass of bubbly, or in my case two as my friend didnt want any alcohol at that time, and then were charmingly made aware of the layout of the hotel facilities and beach area. My room was absolutely perfect, with a glorious view and comfortable large bed. It was spotless. All the staff, and especially Esther were so helpful, and provided everything we needed with a smile. We walked into Trogir, which was quite difficult but well worth it. Taxi back was easy! We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant centre, which was preferable to the local restaurant. The beach across the road was pebbly but the water looked very inviting. There was a feeling of calmness and efficiency everywhere, rarely found in a hotel, and credit to the Manageress Esther, who had her finger on the pulse all the time. One of the best hotels I have stayed at.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The view was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was great
There was construction right behind our room which was not mentioned. The hotel is right on the flight path of the Split airport and you'll hear the planes all day long as they approach for landing and take-off.
