- Breakfast options were limited to à la carte only.

- I also found the hotel’s new bedding policy concerning. They no longer use duvet covers, opting instead for a single sheet placed under the duvet. While this is intended to provide a clean barrier, it is ineffective for anyone who moves during the night. It was frustrating to worry about skin contact with the duvet, which is shared by every guest. My husband suggested that the duvets might be laundered, but the photos I have attached show that they do not appear to be.

Super Aufenthalt
Pros:

War alles sehr gehoben und wie man es auch erwarten würde für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel.
Zusätzlich gibt es ein kostenloses Shuttle, welches die Gäste in die Innenstadt und zurück bringt. (1xpro Tag). Das gleicht die dezentrale Lage etwas aus. Parkplätze waren kostenlos und ausreichend vorhanden.

Great location but guests need to be prepared for disappointing management services
Pros:

Location was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean

Cons:

Front desk staff kept delaying our check-in saying the room wasn't ready....we sat around waiting as they kept assuring us, 20 mins more, etc. which turned into a much longer wait period well over an hour. We were in a suite and there were no linens, blanket or pillow for the pull-out bed which we 3 adults needed and there weren't enough towels for 3 adults either. The phone in the room didn't work so we had to go to lobby whenever we wanted to talk to guest services. Very disorganized.

Pros:

Location is fabulous. Very accessible to the old city and an easy walk to shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

The room was not ready when we were told it would be. We booked for three people, and they were only towels for two and the sofa bed had no linens or blankets, which had to be requested twice. The phone in the room did not work so if we had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and sheets, we had to physically go and couldn’t call. The staff tried to be accommodating, but we were not impressed.
