Das 2. Zimmer😶

Cons:

Das 2. Zimmer war ok, im anderen Zimmer hatten wir eine unangenehme Begegnung mit Hinterlassenschaften. Aber es ging einfach das Zimmer zu wechseln. Wir hatten dann im 2. Zimmer einmal Bettwäsche zu wenig, aber auch das konnte gelöst werden.

Hotel, nice clean front desk, attendance not so good dysfunctional
Pros:

It was very nice. The hotel rooms were very neat and clean. We tried to go swimming in the evening and obvious children were swimming. One of the children threw up in the pool so we didn’t get to swim that long.

Cons:

Our bad experience was when we checked in it was very confusing and not good at all. They discharged my card three times also to the companion that came with me they were only supposed to charge a $50 hold on her card and now both of us are having problems with our bank account. This wasn’t a good stay for us now we have difficulties with our banking accounts.

The chair in our room was totally worn out, looked like somebody grabbed it out of a dumpster. We only had de-caf coffee in our room and no shampoo.

Good experience overall. Maybe more vegetarian &gluten-free options for breakfast. The regular teabags are very skim

Close to eateries, freeways and filling stations.

Cons:

Not helpful when I need to change reservations. I get “You used a third party” then if they can change my reservation, more money is involved. Not happy with that and very little handicapped parking. I require very little if any housekeeping assistance during my stays. If I need anything, I wait until housekeeping is in the hallway in the morning and ask for an extra washcloth, hand towel, trash bag or 1 roll of t.p.
