The chair in our room was totally worn out, looked like somebody grabbed it out of a dumpster. We only had de-caf coffee in our room and no shampoo.

Close to eateries, freeways and filling stations.

Cons:

Not helpful when I need to change reservations. I get “You used a third party” then if they can change my reservation, more money is involved. Not happy with that and very little handicapped parking. I require very little if any housekeeping assistance during my stays. If I need anything, I wait until housekeeping is in the hallway in the morning and ask for an extra washcloth, hand towel, trash bag or 1 roll of t.p.

Breakfast was just ok. Some of it like the waffles were great! The variety was also good. The yogurt machine did not work. The juices were great. The room was clean. That was nice.

Cons:

I was double charged for the room. Paid in October on Booking.com. Now charged again yesterday. Waiting for a manager to correct this. Also, l was guaranteed two queen beds, but only got one bed. Finally, the chair in the room looked like it should have been in a junkyard. I took photos.
I will never stay at or recommend this property again. To many issues!

I got kicked out of my room on the second day. They when threw my personal stuff and got everything out without my knowledge. I think they personal are not professional at all.
