Great experience.
Pros:

Very good experience. Even used the elliptical. Clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Close to many restaurants.

Cons:

A transient was seated in the breakfast area with a staff member and his odor was quite strong. It was difficult to avoid the odor. When he left the table and moved to the lobby seats, the staff member left the table as well. Nothing was sanitized. I understand helping transients out if they aren’t causing a problem, but I just hadn’t realized until today, that it probably happens a lot at hotels with breakfast available at the front entrance.

Pros:

Everything was really nice and comfortable and clean

Cons:

The refrigerator in the room was really loud I had to unplug it for the night. Also the curtains were drawn but the lights from outside made the room very light making it hard to sleep.

Pros:

Your Staff - I would like to shout out Jace, he was very helpful and friendly. When i got to my room there was dumped out Cheeto's in a drawer and on the floor, the tv also did not work. Jace helped me and did end up moving my son and I rooms, so after a few small things we were satisfied with out stay.

Cons:

My only thing was the Cheetos in the drawer under the tv they were not even in a bag they were like dumped in there just made me feel like it wasnt very clean, again Jace did accommodate my son and I and moved us rooms.
