Could be better, but it’s a cheap hotel and so some of these things are to be expected.
Pros:

They had a small pool and weight room that were alright. They had cookies in the evening and that was nice.

Cons:

A lot of details felt missing - terrible pillows, no fan in the bathroom, breakfast food was mediocre. The walls were thin and so there was a lot of noise when trying to sleep when there were people in the hallway.

As far as the staff goes, the first woman we talked to at the front desk was very nice, but the man at check out was very sarcastic and obnoxious and a bit full of himself. Cleaning crew was nice to talk to, the breakfast worker was a bit intense.

You don't have to think twice about staying here. Price was reasonable. Staff was very friendly.
Pros:

great variety and no imitation meat since we are producers of the product. It was very clean and decor was beautiful. Relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely return if in the area.

Pros:

I should have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. This place was terrible. Booked a suite only to find out it was just a room with an extra couch. Then the door would not close and lock properly, called the front desk, night clerk comes up and tells me they have no maintenance on staff so it can't be fixed tonight. I said ok put me in another room, sorry we are all booked up. You mean to tell me your at capacity with no maintenance on weekend night? Who is the moron running this place? Then for the cherry on top, I had to jerry right the door, with instructions to do so from the desk clerk himself to get the door to lock. I usually Airbnb but they were limited in this small town and really expensive. But will not be returning to this POS hotel in any future visit to Fremont.

If you need to stay in Fremont, Nebraska, don’t hesitate to use the Fairfield Inn and suites. You won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

The property was very clean and well taken care of. Hallways very clean. Room with spectacular seems like everything was pretty much brand new.
The morning breakfast was very, very good. Lots of options. Sausage gravy was to die for. It was very good. Lois who helped out in the kitchen and set the breakfast up really did a wonderful job.

Cons:

I thought the property was very nice. They really wasn’t anything that you could dislike.

Very friendly staff
Pros:

Very friendly staff. The person who checked us in was wonderful. I believe his name was Arthur. Also Lois was in the breakfast area and she was so pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

I wish you had an exercise bike in the facilities. I recently had a knee replacement and that would have been very helpful.

It was fine. Would have been nice to have a bar/lounge.
Pros:

Could not access the wi-fi no matter how much I tried. My friend couldn’t either. I’ve never had trouble accessing wi-fi but this was not user-friendly. Wanted to send important business email but couldn’t.
