The commute to work was very short.

Cons:

The staff was very rude and not helpful. I attempted to speak with a manager and was still treated with very little respect or regard to my concerns. The fridge did not work for 4 days of my stay and so I was made to go downstairs to refill my ice bucket multiple times a night. My room did not get cleaned nor did my amenities get restocked or replaced. They advertised a kitchenette and I did not recieve the correct room and was told no others were available. Overall and very bad experience.

We appreciate the price and the locality but this would not be our choice in the future
Pros:

We live an 1 hour and 15 minutes from Catoosa. We came over for a concert and wasn't sure we would want to drive back home that night. The location of this hotel was perfect for where we needed to be.

Cons:

The staff was not very friendly. They have done some updates but it still just the basic Motel 6. The beds were the reason why we checked out after the concert and just drove home. They are like a piece of paper on a metal frame.

Dont stay here, pay the extra for somewhere clean and nice.
Pros:

I liked that it was easy to get to and close to needed stores.

Cons:

It was very dusty and filthy. Beds had hair all on the sheets couldnt even pull the covers back because we were not sleeping on the sheets. It was the only spot available due to the events that was going on but next time ill just drive all the way back home before staying here again. There was 1 iron for the whole hotel which was unexceptable. Never again will I stay here.

It need some work slit, 60 percent of what i payed went to state and local taxis so that didn't leave them much profit to work with

Pros:

Location and friendly

Cons:

Got key to the wrong room there was another guest staying in the room that they gave us changed rooms. That room was dirty no TV only towels we had was floor towels let front desk know about situation with room and there was no response because they had to wait on maintenance.

It was just about what I expected. Not great but not bad either
Pros:

The front desk employee was as courteous as could be.

Cons:

The room was a little dated. It was obviously in the process of being updated. I would suggest that a small "TV guide" showing the listing for each channel be placed in every room. i.e. channel 105 CNN News etc.

Nothing, rough neighborhood, homeless people with belongings in carts

Cons:

This place said I had no reservation with them from Booking.com, I showed them the confirmation and was told they didn't have it and they had no vacancy.
