Great Location
Pros:

Room 302 was an upgraded room. King bed -veery comfortable and great pillows. Faced the front of the hotel. Windows opened. During the day, with the windows open it was noisy. At night, with windows the windows, very quiet. This is more of a residential area. Prado Museum is about a five minute walk. The stop for the hop on/off bus is also about 5 min walk. San Miguel market around 20 min walk.

Mini bar, complementary water, hairdryer, and flat iron. Staff amazing.

Breakfast buffet good. Cappuccino and eggs can be ordered.

Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel at great location. Pricey as all hotels are in Madrid, but relatively affordable.
Good but small room, with no view (internal shaft), which also meant it was quiet.
A missing coffee machine was arranged quickly.

Já estive hospedado algumas vezes nesta acomodação, Sempre em quartos da mesma categoria, Desta vez, fui encaminhado à um quarto extremamente pequeno, com a desculpa de que fiz o checkin tarde e de que o hotel estava lotado. A flor que estava no quarto, no caso um anturio, estava completamente seca, demonstrando falha na manutenção., no dia seguinte consegui um novo quarto, mas mesmo assim, nao era o mesmo que tinha estado nas outras vezes,

Madrid Magic
Pros:

Great boutique hotel perfectly situated in central Madrid. Very friendly and helpful staff. Daniel and his team made our stay memorable along with Carlos at breakfast each morning. Very nice and comfortable room with high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. The hotel and the staff made us want to return.

My experience with doubletree Madrid
Pros:

Top notch hotel with comfort of Hilton but why local character. Service staff is friendly and attentive. They always have a smile and hola ready when you walk into the hotel - no matter how many times. I’ve stayed here over 20 times. The quality is there, the breakfast solid and has its own Michelin starred chef in their Japanese fusion restaurant. It’s centrally located.

My only complain is the rooms are sometimes humid and smell slightly of humidity. That could easily be fixed.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was very comfortable. I booked a king deluxe room and it overlooked an attractive, quiet street. The breakfast buffet was wonderful - eggs, breakfast meat, fresh fruit, breads, muffins and cereals. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful. Finally, wonderful location for seeing the sites in central Madrid. Walking distance to the Prado and Reina Sofia, Retiro Park, Plaza Mayor and Puerta de Sol.
