Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was very comfortable. I booked a king deluxe room and it overlooked an attractive, quiet street. The breakfast buffet was wonderful - eggs, breakfast meat, fresh fruit, breads, muffins and cereals. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful. Finally, wonderful location for seeing the sites in central Madrid. Walking distance to the Prado and Reina Sofia, Retiro Park, Plaza Mayor and Puerta de Sol.

Couldn't have been better.
Pros:

The hotel location was great - near everything. Also, the breakfast was exceptional.

Pros:

Location of the hotel is a nice walk from all the tourist attractions. Facilities were good, not the biggest room but spacious enough. Room provided an umbrella which came in handy.

Cons:

We went to the hotel's restaurant (Japanese restaurant) and the chefs preparing our food were all coughing and we unfortunately already ordered nigiri which they were in charge of making... We also explicitly said we wanted tap water once we sat down but they placed an open bottle of mineral water on our table and made us pay for it.
