I cannot say enough great things about this Hotel! From the moment we walked in, everyone was just exceptional. The hotel is absolutely beautiful as are the grounds. Everyone was beyond helpful when giving recommendations, setting up reservations, tours, and transportation, and the history. The room was beautiful and comfortable (we received an upgrade upon arrival) that also had a large terrace. We were only in Venice for 2 nights so we did not get to use all of the facilities, but I do not doubt that they are just as wonderful!

Amazing place. The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable. Only the breakfast should be a little bit more sophisticated, so that everything is just perfect.

Excellent

The hotel staff are extremely commited to the guest. They make sure every need is fulfilled and go beyond to make you feel like it is a special experience. Otherwise, hotel decor carries that luxurious style with a exuisite view on the canal from the graden. Facilities are impecable, of course.

Hotel is located in a nice area, with a lot of restaurants and bars in the surroundings. The hotel is beautiful, as if you are walking into a palace from 1500. The rooms look a bit old in the pictures, but they are not. Everything is up to the highest standards, looking at comfort and facilities in the room. But, most impressive is the staff! What an amazing people work there! The concierge part of the hotel is insane! They booked several restaurants, trips, also in places where it was difficult to get a spot.
Also the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. Really on off the best service we had in an hotel.
The backside of the hotel is at the canal, so you can ask the staff to arrange a private water taxi to take you to where you want to go. 2 streets further there is also a stop for the public water taxi, so also very close.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and so romantic! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and truly made us feel like royalty. We will definitely be coming back. We also loved how close it was to great restaurants. We even had our engagement photo shoot inside the hotel. It was perfect, and the photos turned out amazing!

Spent two nights here at the close of a week long trip in Italy. The hotel is remarkably designed and maintained, and the service is high touch without being overbearing. Daily breakfast in the courtyard was excellent and the room was extremely comfortable. 15 min walk to st marks square and tucked away from the touristic chaos. Very highly recommended!

Palazzo Venart gehört zu den "Leading Hotel of the World" - und das zu Recht! Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bad ist ebenfalls wunderschön! Frühstück wird serviert, es gibt Alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Auch der Hund ist willkommen ( in Italien nicht immer selbstverständlich!). Das nächste Mal in Venedig sind wir wieder im Palazzo Venart!

It was amazing, would recommend, it is also family friendly, we had a wonderful time!
