Cons:

Ho PAGATO una matrimoniale e mi hanno dato una singola per overbooking sostenendo che il prezzo fosse identico. Arrivata in camera ho inviato una mail per chiedere maggiori dettagli dato che online vedevo invece prezzi diversi e hanno iniziato a chiamarmi ripetutamente di notte al cellulare e in camera tant'è che ho dovuto staccare il telefono ed ero parecchio infastidita perchè ho chiesto di lasciarmi riposare. I rumori all'interno di tubature e scarichi non mi hanno permesso di dormire, l'unica cosa per cui viene pagata una camera in albergo...

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und gab uns Tipps für den Transport und den Besuch von Venedig.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirbt mit drei Sternen, doch die Sterne sind längst abgefallen, genau wie der Putz von der Fassade. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber der Zustand ist entsetzlich. Überall ist Schimmel, und die Zimmer stinken bestialisch danach.

La qualité de la literie et la propreté de la chambre

Un airco bruyant comme une moissonneuse. Même éteint il était bruyant et ce dans toutes les chambres de la bouche de la réceptionniste. La salle de restaurant ressemble à une cantine. Les murs sont sales. Que du café. Le personnel est absent de la salle. Cet établissement est géré par de jeunes indiens qui ne connaissent rien à l’hôtellerie. On a du aller pleurer pour un café le matin. Personne pour accueillir ou apporter un café. Ce qui nous a vraiment déçu c’est le fait qu’il ait informé booking que notre réservation avait été annulée, ce qui ne nous aurait pas permis d’écrire ces quelques lignes. Hôtel bon marché mais malgré tout trop cher pour le service médiocre offert. C’est la première fois de notre vie que nous remettons une note sous les 7/10. Dommage que les vidéos ne puissent pas être chargées sur Booking.

La proximité des transports

Cons:

Je me suis blessé en prenant ma douche. La porte de la douche en verre était bancal et s’est cassée sur mon pied. L’établissement étant informé des faits n’a pris aucun frais à sa charge. Le lendemain de mon accident, j’ai passé la journée à l’hôpital, perdant une journée entière de séjour. Le personnel est sympathique mais ça ne va pas soigner mes blessures et rembourser les frais que j’ai dépenser ainsi que le temps perdu. L’établissement est vieillissant et l’a bien caché avec des photos trompes-l’œil. Les chambres étants mal isolés on entend chaque petits bruits des autres chambres ainsi que couloir. De plus, il faut descendre à chaque fois pour demander aux réceptionnistes d’activer le chauffage manuellement car il fonctionne mal et ne chauffe quasiment pas alors qu’il est très bruyant. Dernièrement, les canalisations de l’hôtel on visiblement un problème car une mauvaise odeur se dégage souvent.
