For our last day on the island we chose this hotel to explore away from the tourist areas and was the perfect choice. We had a nice stay and with the hotel under renovation we didn't see any sighs of it. Our room was clean but the public areas could have used more attention. Breakfast was OK, typical Hampton. Great location in the Ka Makana Alii Center with shopping and about 50 different dining experiences a short walk from the hotel and the free parking was a plus. Staff could have been more engaging and better trained on follow through with requests.

Everyone was incredibly friendly. The breakfast and free parking were awesome. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was always clean and the laundry accessibility was an added bonus. Being connected to the mall and so close to shopping was also a bonus. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to all.
Nothing
It’s right in the middle of the island you can go anywhere within an hour. It’s also located right next to the mall so if you have kids, it’s perfect to just get out and start walking around without feeling like you need to be at the beach. Also has a movie theater connected to it so we saw Moana and minions while we were out there. The continental breakfast is excellent every day there’s something different. They even have a grab and go bagel area where you can grab breakfast and run out to your busy day. The room was incredibly clean every time I walked in, front desk ladies were very nice. The cleaning crew was super sweet. I have a zero complaints!
Oh, and you don’t have to pay for parking! There’s also food surrounding you, including Foodland, which has like 1 million options of things to eat!
There is no Jacuzzi.

Nice Hampton located at a shopping center, no resort fee, nice & clean rooms, free parking, free water dispenser, breakfast etc. Overall a good package!
