Hotel is very cold. First room was damp and cold. Dee changed our room and upgraded us which was a tremendous improvement. Thank you Dee.

all good except No hody checksnin who paid breakfast or not, my advise to people, since its like that dont pay extra for

The convenience of everything.

Cons:

Unlike the rest of the other hotels i've been, they always check you in for breakfast. But here nobody check in.I paid extra for breakfast, which made me feel I shouldn't have paid extra. 'coz all people seems like can just go in and have breakfast not knowing if they paid additional like i am. And would also be Very unfair to others who paid additional for breakfast.

Great location.
Pros:

Good breakfast selection. Also had a great view of downtown Honolulu and Diamond Head from the room. Hotel is part of a major mall with a great selection of dining and shopping.

plenty of parking spaces

Cons:

one of the front desk clerk on arrival is not welcoming not smiling or no eye contact .we left one day and expect room to be clean but not done its our 3rd day stay no signs that we dont need it ,so ihave to tell the front for cleaning and towels but they said house keeping is out already.but they just give us clean towel ,.next day they clean after i asked but for no tissue paper replace on the holder.house keeping needs to focus on thier work ..

It's a beautiful facility staff was on point very convenient with everything around it like grocery store alot of different shop to see. It was great !! We will recommend there to family n friends for sure
