Nizam from gym and sauna has been a great gem. I put my hp in the locker but could not retrieve it. He was around to help me out. He was calm and assuring.

The staff were very helpful, when I was down with mild food poisoning and requested for help to get some medicine, they helped and managed to get me the medicine.

Pros:

The room is really cozy as lighting is on point. The bed,pillow and comforter is the greatest, you will have wonderful sleep. The breakfast was amazing as they a lot of selections and taste delicious. Getting there you will need to go park at level 5 then go to lovby for check in at level 12.

The parking is quite scary because I arrived late at night. Thanks to the gentleman stafff at G Floor. Syaznur for explaining the carpark and how to go to reception.
