Bel hôtel
Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse avec une belle vue sur Malacca , petite attention pour mon anniversaire. La vue de la piscine !

Cons:

J’avais demandé un lit pour mon petit garçon , rien n’a été pris en compte nous l’avons fait dormir avec nous , le petit déjeuner ou le personnel nous a mis au fond de la salle dans un secteur sombre sans fenêtre et franchement sale (alors qu’il y avait de la place proche fenêtre)

Comfortable, spacious and well maintained.
Pros:

Got the connecting rooms for a family of 4. Rooms were spacious and the fittings were all well maintained. Toilets are big and clean. Did have some trouble getting the master toilet hot water to be working though! Check in and out was seamless but if you are driving, its required to validate parking every time before exiting. A point to note is check in is at level 12!

Cons:

Limited cable channels. Could do with better movie and variety of cable channels

A spread of good delicious food. Credit shud be given to Eurasian guy and the tie hair short girl and the lady with tudung in her pink kebaya on the 1/6 breakfast they all gave me a pte seats for 10 of us I was from 1804 my family 1803 1809 and 2502. Good job. An excellent service should be given to Ms Jue the service manager not only for being empathy to my cancer stage 4 hubby and to accommodate to my request on that day it definitely help in my hubby recovery bcos he was on blood thinner and bleeding from the nose so she try her best to give us our room earlier than we should have. keep up the good job excellent service ms jue. This is definitely not going to be my last visit will come again. Thanking double tree for making my stay and family a memory one:)
