Easy to get grap and the jonker street was nearby.
Pros:

Dear Management, I would like to share my feedback reagarding my recent stay at your hotel. Although the breakfast experience was excellent, several aspects of the stah did not meet the standard i normally associate with 5-Star hotel. Firstly, the extra bed provided for the third guest was extremely uncomfortable. It was very low and the mattress quality was not appropriate for a hotel of this category. Additionally, although i apid for a three person occupancy, the room amenities (towel, toiletries etc) were initially prepared for only two guests and i had to request the additional items separately. The room lighting system was also problematic. The lights did not switch on properly and required multiple attempts of turning them on and off before the entire room lighting fuctioned. In the bathroom, the showerhead was brokem and fell off during use. I had to request a technician to replace it. Furthermore, the air-conditioning was not cooling adequately, even when set up to the maximum of 18C which affected overall comfort. Another challenge was locating the hotel's main entrance. I had to drive around twice before finally identifying it, as it was not clearly visible.

I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve the guest experince in the future.

Everything was good. From checking in to Room condition to check out. Zahier, Anna you are the best. Breakfast can be crowded at peak hours but did not wait for long. Bed was so comfy. Water pressure was good. Parking was easy. Ample. Ver well lit up.Best to park at level 6. touch and go can be validated at the front dest
